DONOTGOHEREIFYOUNEEDCRICKETSERVICE! NONE of the employees are trained or remember their training. Despite stating that they are an authorized Cricket retailer, NONE of the employees at this store knew anything about how to successfully transfer our cell phone service to Cricket. We stood in the store for an HOUR while one of the GameStop employees spoke on the phone with the Cricket rep. The manager was there and did not say anything or try to assist. At least they could have been honest about the fact that they could not help us. The GameStop employee barely gave us any updates while on the phone as we patiently waited. This was a terrible experience for us. We left after an hour with no phone service and no apology whatsoever.

Pardon me, Sir Gamestop: Your employees are quite rude here. They don’t seem to understand the mindset of «I GOTTHIS» like it means that I got this … like a BOSS. I know what I am doing; I know my way around; I know what I want; leave me alone PLZ and let me just go take care of my business, bring it to the register, and get out of here before your toxic Funyun~ breath kills me. Gamestop galleria upstairs on the 2nd floor is the Gamestop to go to! Great customer service provided by store manager. I will definitely come back.
