Gamestop

I wish i could leave no stars. I was greeted by a large man. But he spoke very rude and spoke to me in a smart way when i was having trouble with a game i had. I had left the store and went to the gulfgate location. They were more useful there.

This is a wonderful store and has a service far better than any other GameStop I have been to. If you want to get good service, this is the GameStop to go to.
Also, shout out to Jessica for being an awesome employee.

I dunno about this store. Maybe it was the wrong time? There was one guy working and his humor was very unappreciated. Well I hope it was an attempt of humor and not customer service. It just wasn’t funny and then he actively let me know that the system I was inquiring about, he steered clear of it. I am not saying you should not have preferences but at least be some what knowledgeable about your products that you sale. Also, if you are going to try to upsale me, you better do a better job than you can use the 2 bucks you save on some more crunchy tacos or McDonald’s.
Furthermore don’t take credit for a sale you didn’t really help to make. Overall not a store I look forward to going back to.
