Should change their name to Gamecrawl. Seriously, the games arrive way too late. I’ve been a member for 3 months and every game I’ve ordered took a minimum of 6 business days to arrive – that’s assuming the game’s on high or medium availability; on low availability you may have to wait a few more days for them just to stock up. So do the math: even if you beat every game you order in just 2 or 3 days, you still won’t get to play more than 2 games a month, and at $ 15.95 a month, the service is a travesty. Which is why I’m cancelling. I don’t see why any sensible person would become their member. Netflix for games this is not!

First, the portfolio of games is very limited. Second, of the games they do have«available», most of the popular ones are not immediately in stock… and they have no way of telling you when you can expect to receive a «low availability» game. I signed up for a 2-game plan. I had popular games in my Q and the 2nd game wasn’t available for over a week. By the time it was available, I had already completed the 1st game. When I put the 1st game in the mail, the 2nd game was on its way to me. So essentially, I never had 2 games in my possession at any one time. I asked for a partial refund. I only had 1 game at a time, so naturally I asked to be billed for the 1-game plan. That’s a totally reasonable request. Unfortunately for me, they were more interested in gouging me. I spoke to 3 service reps and a supervisor. They all said that even though the 2nd game took over a week to ship… and even though I never actually got the play 2 games at a time… that it didn’t matter. They said«I paid for 2 shipping slots. It doesn’t matter that you never got to play 2 games at once.» What terrible customer service. They lost a customer over $ 7. Will never use these guys again. P. S. Shipping is pretty slow.

Gamefly MIGHT be good for people who play a ton of games and get through each game quickly. It is not for the casual gamer. I was going to leave 2 – 3 stars but I had to deal with their customer service which was one of the worst experiences of my life. I’m not the biggest netflix fan but they put gamefly to shame. Not only that, many times they do not have the games you really want and have to wait on top of waiting for shipping.
