I’ve come to this location a couple of times, but my visit today was the best I’ve had at any Game Stop location and most stores. I bought two headsets to try out before choosing my favorite. I came to return a turtle beach headset, but misplaced my receipt. As a back up plan I brought my favorite cloud core headset that I wanted to keep just in case I couldn’t return the other pair. Kathryn was at the register and searched for the digital receipt of the headset that I wanted to return, narrowing it down by date and time and found it, so in the end I was able to keep the awesome headset that I love! Extremely wonderful customer service. I used to buy games and consoles from Amazon, but from now on I will be doing all my pre-ordering from this GameStop location, which is luckily right across the street from my local bubble tea stop. Watch for the construction on Shepherd when you’re crossing the street to get your boba on at Teahouse.

The guy on duty was super helpful when trying to decide what Xbox one headphones to buy. He was even willing to pull up reviews online on consumer reports. Great customer service.

I came here on a Saturday afternoon with my husband, who had already called ahead to reserve an Xbox One and inquire about trading in his old Xbox, accessories, and games. There was only one girl working. Luckily no one was in the store either. She had to test out both of the old Xbox consoles, plus all of the accessories and I assume the games as well, before making the offers for the trade ins. The Xbox One he reserved was also the last one they had in stock that wasn’t bundled with games. We had a great experience, but felt bad for the people who arrived after us, Since she was the only employee they had to wait until she was done testing all of our stuff before really being able to help or check anyone else out. I had a great experience here… but if I had arrived about five minutes later I would be griping about my wait time and the fact that on a Saturday afternoon there was only one employee.

Good staff but bad selection. They don’t have nearly the good deals or selection they used to. Good thing I like about them: you can return pre-owned games if they suck. Full refund, no questions asked. I wish they had more competition but unless you want to go to Micro Center, they’re the best you’ve got.

Every single person ive worked with here has always been nice and fun to talk to. I’m a pretty big gamer at heart, but im never quite sure what game I want next so I’ll sometimes go in and get some recommendations. I thoroughly enjoy walking in here and just talking to the staff. They enjoy what they do and they seem to know about the games. It hasn’t been super busy either, so usually you can find someone to help you out from the moment you walk in. Good stuff

Picked up a Wii here a couple days ago. Brought it home and it was defective right out of the box. Called the store and Justin told me to bring it in and he replaced it with a new one. He was pretty cool about it and I was in and out of the store in 5 min. Good customer service, I’ll go back.

My son and I were just in this store. I am in the market for a PS3 and also purchase a fair amount of Wii games. The store has a PS3 demo and we decided to play a little Madden. After playing 1 half(two 2 minute quarters). We were told by Justin, a clerk, that our time was up. I looked up, not sure I heard him correctly. He said again«Time’s Up». Let me paint a picture of what the store was like. There were 5 employees. In addition to my son and I there were three other customers in the store. None of whom were playing any of the demo machines. I was stunned. We left. Upon returning home I called the store and found out the guy’s name is Justin while talking to him. He said they had a 15 minute time limit. Since we had only played two 2 minute quarters I am absolutely certain we were nowhere near 15 minutes. And even if we had been there was no one else remotely interested in playing the machine. I let Justin know that the sale of a $ 300PS3 will now go to Amazon. I will never step foot in that store again.

They have a pretty good selection of stuff, but the staff can blow hot or cold. They can be pretty helpful, or totally not. And when you don’t buy stuff, they ignore you. Every person should be treated equally, I think.
