Great quality selection and huge sales area. This beats going to Gap in Memorial City Mall and fighting for a parking space and the crowd. However, the staff are not pleasant, they seem to suffer. Maybe it’s at the end of the day and they don’t want to be there. If they want to know what happy sales repts look like, walk across the parking lot to Banana Republic. But then again, I’d hate to fold clothes all day only to have customers come unravel them again and again…

Good size store but chaotic clearance section likely partially due to tax free weekend. Got some great deals on clearance rack.

This place is terrible especially if you want to buy kids clothes. I have been twice and both times they won’t open the register on the kids side and they expect you to wait in a long line in the adult section. There are plenty of staff available on the kids side who are friendly and who asked if they could open the register but they were over ruled by the rude mean lady in charge. I will never return to this shop.
