First of all, the only reason I am giving it a star is because in order to write a review, I have to give it something. Secondly, the place is disgusting. They don’t have clean tables where you have adjustments and the bathroom is nasty. I didn’t want to touch anything while I was there. When you’re there regarding your health, at minimum you want a sanitary place to lay your head. Finally, the Dr… Having a sharp pain is already bad enough. When you go to a Dr. you want to find relief and have some help to get better. All he did was try to make me pay for 18 sessions upfront at $ 50 a session and told me that I needed to pay that in full. Who has $ 900.00 just laying around to get better? Why did I have to pay in full? How do you even know I am going to need 18 sessions to get better? I am in HR, I called the insurance company and they informed me that I have 18 sessions that will be covered by insurance. IMAGINETHAT! So he was trying to maximize my insurance plan and didn’t even care about how long it would actually take me to get better. I went to The Joint and two days later, I felt relief and the Dr. there said I need to just maintain which means go in once every two weeks for an adjustment. Don’t come here. It will break your wallet and won’t help your back.
