UNDERNEWMANAGEMENT! They marinade there meat in pepper and their phở tai is absolutely amazing! Prior to this spot I have always gone to Phở Saigon on Milam, but after I tried their STUPIDFRESH springrolls with the REAL authentic thick and not watered down peanut sauce that is made properly(peanut butter, hoisin, and coconut milk) I am sold. This is my spot. Don’t knock it till you try it.

A great Phở joint off the beaten path, but worth the drive!

I have to agree with Tiffany on this one. I gave it a one star because the people there are nice but other than that I do not know how this place stays open. If you claim that you have taste buds and like to eat good food, then you definitely should not eat here. I ordered spring rolls and phở dac biet. First item on the list… they skimp on ingredients for the spring rolls. WENEEDMOREFRESHMEATANDFRESHSHRIMP! The peanut sauce was ok. As for the second item phở… it was horrible! The broth was dark and cloudy. The meats were not fresh. I could not even finish eating my phở. I could not bare the taste or the smell anymore so I left more then half of it. It’s sad when you have to find another place to eat when you just paid for one meal and have to pay for another. I definitely will not come back and eat here ever again.

I’m surprised any Phở place at this location is still open! Phở Saigon wasn’t very good and I think Phở Vinh is worse! Came back to this location for the first time this past weekend in about 4 years and immediately regretted it. The food was just. not good. The broth of the phở was cloudy and didn’t look appetizing at all. Rule of thumb for phở, do not have cloudy broth! The taste was off, it was salty, and just didn’t seem fresh to me. I tried the seafood phở and it was a mess. None of the seafood in my bowl was fresh. Especially the shrimp, it was old and definately has been in the freezer for awhile. I honestly don’t understand why this place is still open! If you want good phở in the area just drive 30 seconds down the street to Phở Binh(trailer), it’s a million times better.

Used to be a Phở Saigon. Portions got smaller but the price got higher. The charbroiled pork with vermicelli was ok nothing to talk about. Pork was pretty generic with little flavor. Will go again to try the phở next time.
