It looks like from 2013 to now, the service in this particular location has completely changed(sorely based on reviews back then). I went in searching for a new handbag. Something different and outside my Kate Spade/Michael Kors/Tory Burch norm. When I initially walked in, the sales associate immediately greeted me and asked if there was anything in particular I was looking for. I let her know I was just browsing, and she then told me about their incredible promotions(free bag with any purchase!) and kind of walked me through the store. Let me know where everything was located. She was helpful without being pushy, and I really liked that. After looking around, I decided to commit and purchase the West 57th satchel. You guys, this bag is incredible, and I absolutely love the color. Also, if you sign up for their emailing list online, you’ll get a coupon for 20% off. Eek! Another bonus, all of the bags come with a super cute dust bag. Great service and beautiful handbags and accessories. So much win! Oh, another fun tip: A lot of the times the bag you’re interested in will go on sale, provided you’re patient enough to wait for it. This is how I ended up with the West 57th crossbody tote for 50% off! Can’t beat that. Like I said, sign up for their emailing list. It’s worth it!

I love love love their products! Great quality, and styles are just as good as any other handbags! I would prefer this over Michael Kors and Kate Spade! They have wonderful customer service here and in Dallas! I’ve never walked into a store and felt so welcomed. The lady that welcomed us started out with an ice breaker and she would ask if we would like to know the price. She would also notice the things I look closely at and ask if there was a style I preferred. She would then give me some suggestions and have me look around some more. She also noted there were some sale items, too. They are not afraid to showcase anything in their store! I love it! They also have a great variety of beautiful accessories. And they definitely won my heart over.

I’ve always experienced amazing customer service at this location. The people who work here try to sell you things, and they’re very knowledgeable on the products present. They listen to your needs, and they return with their opinions. The conversation really flows, and it feels like you’re best friends after meeting. Beautiful product.

I was turned onto HB from a best friend. I now love the line and I am not one for name brands or pricey spending — I just love their«different» designs. Unlike the other posts, I have had outstanding customer servicew with this Houston Galleria location. I can appreciate the«just enough» associate attention. The manager there, Mack, has been amazing to work with and very helpful. I give them 5 stars for customer service, quality, and designs. I can stand the pricey being a little lower, but thats the cheapy in me.

I absolutely love Henri Bendel candles and have used them for many years, but the service at this store is insanely bad. I was barely, if at all, acknowledged upon entry. Even after about ten minutes, I still was not welcomed or asked if I needed any help… The rating is for service. the candles definitely deserve five stars… They don’t burn as clean as Nest candles, but the smell wonderfully…

i took my purse for repair 2 months ago. I waited for someone to call me, which no one did… so i decide to call the store and talked to the store manager(Victoria Garcia). She called me back, saying she was waiting to hear from the repair shop to call her back. After waiting for 2 months i decide to show up to the store and find out what was going on! ! ! Apparently my purse got lost on the repair shop. but the worst part is the attitude of the store manager which never show up and talk to me personally to fix the problem. What kind of costumer service is that ! ! !

I’m a henri bendel girl from back in the day! Used to buy my stash in NYC and then in Cali during my vacay… and now I just have to step inside the Galleria(near the apple store!) OK — bought 2 bags today!!! Pluses 1. friendly staff 2. gorgeous purses and accessories — think of Kate Spade with more attitude! 3. 65% sale section 4. they wrap for free in brown and white stripes! Areas of improvement 1. wish they carried the sale items on the website in store I’ll be back!
