Very good prices. I was very pleased from the help I received from the friendly staff. They also have a great selection of tattoo equipment, which is why I came in. I came out with everything I needed. This place is the best place in Katy to get smoke and tattoo equipment.

Just moved to this area and was excited a smoke shop was so close. I went to get coils for my vaporizer. Over the next week I started having issues w my tank leaking and later found out it’s bc the sold me the wrong size coils so it leaked into my battery and ruined it, always tasted burnt and horrible. Went back to get the right size and they don’t even sell the right size for my tank… Two guys walked in after me and they told me to hang on and left two help the two men who came in separately and I stood there for 20mins waiting. Then I end up having to buy a new tank bc they do not sell mine and this is after they try to sell me the wrong coils again saying that it was ok that they were not the right size!!! Horrible customer service and no knowledge. During all this an extra employee was sitting watching and offered no help what so ever. I am now out $ 47. Even if it is close I will now drive out of my way after that experience.

I’ve been to all of the head shops in Katy, and this one is my favorite. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff! I drive out if my way to come here.
I won’t shop anywhere else.
This is how customer service should be!
