Hollywood Frame Gallery

Love love love Hollywood Frame Gallery! The owners are the nicest people! I had a piece of artwork framed by them and they were so helpful and patient when it came to picking out the perfect frame/​matting combination for my artwork. I have also had an oil painting cleaned and put under glass and they did a GREAT job! I will say, they are pricier than a place like Michael’s, but the quality of product and personableness you receive is worth every penny! I will definitely use them again soon! :)

I have always believed and applied this philosophy with my art; however Hollywood Frame Gallery has fabulously taken my art and home to an incredibly new height.
The frame selection is incredible, but the assistance you get from everyone in the shop is over the top! Their honesty, knowledge, creativity and skill is fully applied with each and every framing project. All projects are treated with equal attention, large or small. My latest and greatest… a 5 frame combination located over the fireplace mantel. I was emotionally drawn to the art when I found it; but knowing what it would become with the help of Hollywood Framing… the piece of art was the perfect representation of the entire vacation. I have also had art that would fit in the palm of my hand framed… just darling! And treated with equal attention.
As I walk through my home, I often pause at the art and my daydreaming is instant. I remember the fun we had picking the framing combination, I get lost in the art and how the color, the feeling and the emotion has become even more alive by the combination of frames. Art, for me is alive and breathing… and art enhanced… well, that is as simple as utilizing this «hidden gem» on Bissonnet. (Yes, the previous reviews do state that correctly.)
I even have been known to fall for a frame, photograph it in their shop… and look for just the right piece of art to masterfully create the perfect combination.
And if you’re a dog and/​or cat lover… they are huge supporters of the dog and cat shows in Houston; and have fabulous art for sell in their shop.
It doesn’t matter what you want to frame… this is the place!

This is a hidden gem in Houston. They are so creative and helpful and do immaculate expert framing. If you care about what you are framing, take it to Holllywood. They are honest, affordable and KNOW what they are doing. A great part of the reason why this neighborhood is so wonderful.

Needed a mirror for a bathroom and wanted something different and a specific size. Kathleen was super helpful in picking out a frame, ordering the glass and getting it all put together. We liked it so well, that we went back a second time for another mirror. Love working with them and they have an awesome selection of framing materials!
