Solid women’s soccer team featuring some of the highest level players in the world. You get to see world cup stars like Carli Lloyd pretty much every time there’s a game.
The only drawback is the open roof field, resulting in very hot temperatures in July and August. They’d do well to have some fans or something installed for days that don’t have a lot of wind.

Bargain prices to see the best women soccer athlete in the world. Our Houston Dash have 3 US Women’s National Team players and frequently hosts the likes of Alex Morgan & Hope Solo.
Whether you come to see your first game or join as a season ticket holder, it’s a great way to support the girls all over Houston learning the game.
The Dash is a great team of women who work hard to give back to the community, work with the youth, and always come around to say thanks in person after every game.
A fledgling franchise, with a need for greater support, I really encourage any sports fan to attend to state that women are as great as men (if not better in this arena), and promote the future of women’s sports.
Tickets run as low as $ 5 – 7 on special days and usually $ 10 – 20 otherwise. It’s a bargain for the family!

For $ 11 I got to sit so close that I almost caught a soccer ball! Yes, I have seen better soccer. .but this is their first year… I have also seen worse! These ladies are tough… no flopping around and getting carried off the field here… their goalie got cleated in the face and got up. It’s a good place for girls to see that women can play professional sports. .and definitely something you could take a family to.

Lol. $ 70 dollars for family of 4 for essentially a college soccer game. Hello houston dash. Try $ 10 a ticket. Whateves. I will never be back for 17 a ticket

Inaugural Dash game! If you’re a fan of soccer, women, or sports, this is a must do. The Dash is Houston’s newest sports franchise and the Dynamo’s sister club. Not only does the club have some amazing players in the lineup, it is one of the few chances the city has to members of the US Women’s national team when they come to town. It’s also a great place for people watching (we saw Brian Cushing (whose sister in law, Kealia Ohai, is a forward on the team), JJ Watt, Mayor Parker, Brad Davis, Brian Ching).
Ok so specifics. For all the games, only the lower bowl is open. So get your tickets early! Tickets start around $ 16/​seat, so it’s affordable to take the whole family. We got partial season tickets near the tunnel (south side) so we could people watch and reminisce about when we had similar seats at Robertson. Even though it’s only 7,000 seats, it’s LOUD. It make the atmosphere awesome during corner kicks and GOALS.
Get near the stadium early, and find side street parking for cheap or the Astro’s parking lot if there are no events going on. Grab a few beers or dinner along St. Emmanuel. I’m hoping the Dash can make Orange Avenue happen soon (it’s a great place for kids). About 30 – 45 minutes before kickoff, you’ll want to head inside and get to your seats because you can see the players warming up. It’s really fun to see your favorite players or scout a couple players to watch out for. Or there’s the team shop. Or the Mazda area for posters. Or the concession stand (lines move fast) Or the restrooms (plenty of those). Diesel (the mascot) come around and tries to say hi to all the kids. If you line up near the tunnel, you can try to catch a picture of autograph.
After the games, the ladies stick around for autographs on the sidelines (don’t know if that was a one time deal) or autograph ally (the southeast corner of the stadium) is a sure bet to get autographs.
I don’t know any better way to support women’s’ sports than to go to a Dash game. I promise one game and you’ll be hooked.
