Very polite, kind and gentle. In and out efficiently but with care. What else could you want? Awesome place.

Worst place in the whole state! Staff is unable to provide any care of the customers even if their condition is extremely bad prepare to stay here 4 hours and be lied to you are next every 10 minutes. Their machine broke after 4 hours to top of that.

Houston Medical Imaging will waste your time. I had an appointment with this office and when I showed up they said I had to pay in full despite my insurance. Someone could have and should have told me about this in advance. I had to take time off and Houston Medical Imaging wasted my day as a result. My time is just as valuable as anyone else and I don’t appreciate it when it’s wasted.

There are many medical imaging places in Houston but Houston Medical Imaging is one of my favorites. Fast and courteous, every visit has been a minimal wait time and the technicians are trained very well. Seating is comfortable and large with two TVs to entertain both adults and children. Always calling in advance to verify insurance and appointments, they are always on top of their game.
