I was extremely disappointed by the service I was given. To begin with, they were over an hour late. It wouldn’t have bothered me as much if I was living in the home, but I had not moved in yet, so I was just sitting in my car waiting for them to arrive for over an hour. I was told that the cleaning crew would arrive on a Monday morning between 10:30 am and 11 am. At 11:10 am, I contacted the office and no one picked up, but I left a voicemail asking if the cleaning crew was on their way. I received a text message from the owner about a minute later saying yes they were on their way and would be there shortly. At 11:35 am, I texted the owner and asked if she was sure the cleaning crew was coming because they still had not arrived, and I never received a response to this text. I thought maybe they had gotten lost trying to find the place. Finally at 12pm, they pulled up in front of the house. The cleaning crew completed the service at 2:45pm, and it was definitely not what I expected for a «move-​in» clean or for $ 150. Several things that I was told they would provide as part of a move-​in clean were not completed: they did clean any of the baseboards, they did not clean the windows from the inside, they missed cleaning most of the cobwebs/​dust in the corners of the house which I specifically pointed out and asked them to do, and they did not remove stickers/​tape from the new kitchen appliances. I was also very disappointed by the rest of the cleaning as well: the wood floors did not shine at all and I could still see lots of dusty footprints. They also left a huge puddle of water underneath the sink and I’m lucky I caught it, otherwise the cabinet would have been completely warped.

Nidia is great! I have used this service in the past– regularly when we lived in a 1800 sqft home and in our old apartment (1100sqft)… They ALWAYS sent out 3 ladies at the house and 2 for the apartment! They quote a price over the phone and stick to it… regardless of how long it may take to clean… We used them monthly and even a month later the house still looked like they had just left… I have a large dog and 2 kiddos… does that tell you anything??? they also really try to accomodate your schedule… too many times I had to reschedule last minute and change my day and never did they charge me extra or complain about it. Recently I used another cleaning service and karma kicked my butt… Never will I stray from Nidia and her magical ladies again!
