This company’s service is terrible and a waste of time. I scheduled an appointment on a Friday, and someone called Thursday night to tell me the maid was sick. I called back several times on that Friday and sent an e-mail and I did not get a response until the next Tuesday. Their system does not even allow you to be put on hold. If the line is busy, it forces you to leave a message. Anyway, when they got back to me on Tuesday, the soonest appointment by that time is the following Friday, which I hesitantly allow them them to schedule to redeem themselves… Next Friday comes and there’s an apparent«maid shortage» and so they cancel my appointment again. The next available appointment? The next Friday. They try and give extra add-ons such as «Tub cleaning» and«Microwave Cleaning»… I guess a «Premium House Cleaning» doesn’t include small and unimportant items such as BATHTUB. I asked for a refund which came the next day(they’re probably good at that) and cleaned the damn house myself. I should’ve just saved myself the time and done that 3 weeks ago. I heard about this company from a local deal site, and now I know why they were on there. Thanks for nothing !

Terrible service. They are out of Georgia and use different local services. Very unreliable and expensive and will try and double talk their excuses for not cleaning properly.
