We find Hiway 6 to be quite useful. Never very busy, you can go as fast as you want, well, unless you are in Navasota or Calvert. It’s clean, new construction is supposed to open two new lanes next month… Oh wait a second! We are in College Station, and you, oh… Mercy. You. You’re in… houston… Oh man. Dude. I am so, so sorry… That’s really hosed… I wish you greener pastures and better days ahead.

Yes thats right, I’m reviewing Highway 6. its as clogged as Dick Cheney’s heart and as busy as Palin on 5th Ave. I can understand traffic on a workday, but all day on Saturday as well? Its especially shit-tastic around the Hwy 59/Hwy 6 area. Since when did we decide to have a fucking Hurricane Rita evacuation every day of the week in that area anyways? How does anyone get anything done living there? It would seriously be faster to ride a bike around if I lived in Sugar Land and wanted to go to Whole Foods to play in the fountain. But wait, this is Houston. where everyone is as lazy as an Italian at siesta time when it comes to walking/driving any place. I guess I don’t blame Houstonians though, everything is so far away you kind of get used to driving everywhere, like a Pavlov response.
