In July 2015 I left 31 items — mostly Chico’s and Coldwater Creek. I have had great success in the past selling my items here. But when I walked in I noticed a huge change in the store. It was a dump. But I was greeted by the new owner and he shared his plans for the store. I decided to leave my items there. Huge mistake. Nothing had sold by August and 8 items had sold by Sept. 10th. I phoned in Oct. to tell them I had moved out of town and was in the hospital for surgery. I wouldn’t be able to pick up my check (they refused to mail it to me) or pick up my unsold items until I was released to drive. I showed up there yesterday and was told that my unsold items had become property of the store and I wouldn’t have been cut a check if I hadn’t come by before the 10th! So I lost my wonderful clothes and was given a check for $ 22.00. Being a former Chico’s manager, I know how to run a successful and customer-​friendly business. And this isn’t it.

Very friendly owner! She told us everything about how the store works because we were first time visitors. I got 2 shirts and 2 cups for $ 4.10 but she saw that I only had $ 3 so we settled for $ 3.25! How nice :-)
Definitely want to come back here. Felt very welcome
