I was beyond PLEASED with my ice sculpture, it was a masterpiece! Cindy was so helpful throughout the process, delivery and setup was perfect and NO hassle with returning anything afterwards. I would definitely recommend Ice Occasions! Thanks for making my 50^th birthday party one to remember!

I’m barely getting around to writing this, but feel it’s very necessary as Ice Occasions did not provide an ice sculpture as they promised when I had my wedding reception last year. They were a vendor recommended through the hotel that I was having my reception at and they dropped the ball at the last minute. My coordinator through the hotel could not contact them and we have no idea why they did not follow through. I had been in touch with the vendor previously and we had designed a beautiful sculpture of two elephants with their trunks forming a heart, and I never got to see it. This was very disappointing to me on my big day, but just goes to show that you need to follow up with vendors and know what is going on at all times. As far as I know, the hotel was no longer going to be using this company. For anyone looking for an ice sculpture, I would say to keep shopping because this vendor cannot be trusted especially on one of the biggest days of your life!
