Solely based on cleanliness and smell. It smells like feet in here. The AC is dripping on the seats at our table. The table trim has peeled up and now there are food particles all filling up the exposed trim. Disgusting. Here for a meeting otherwise I would get up and leave. Ordered coffee and it took ten more minutes to get cream. Will not come back.

Good food, but incredibly dirty! We went for breakfast here. Our first table had crumbs, ants and dirt on the floor. We asked to move to another table, which was much cleaner. I got the banana foster which was delicious. My husband got the biscuits and gravy, hash browns with scrambled eggs. Either way, it was nasty!!! I only stayed because our waiter Erik was really accommodating and sweet.

This is absolutely the worst iHop I have ever been in my freaking life. The service is the absolute worst. I literally got here at 9:40pm and I wasn’t served my food until 11:30pm. NOTE! That there was NOBODY at iHop at the time. I would never recommend anyone to come here… Save yourself from wasting your time. Go to Denny’s or something. Seriously.

The food was fine however the establishment was not. The whole place was freezing and we had to relocate seats 3 times! The seats were dirty at the first table and there were sugar ants at the second.

I came here 5 times before deciding that this place will never get better no matter how many chances I give. Service is HORRIBLE. Everytime we come, we get a bad waiter. And each time we would always be like«maybe it’s only that person», but it’s not. Everybody here seems like they hate their job and is sleepy looking/sounding 24⁄7. Twice we stood in front of the EMPTY restaurant waiting to be seated for 10 minutes, when to our left a bunch of employees were standing, gossiping, while looking at us like we’re aliens invading their territory. I wanted to leave but my friend kept insisting that she was too lazy and hungry to go some place else. When we’re finally seated by someone who JUST came in and didn’t have time to put up her bags, the service from the responsible waitress was just slow and unenthusiastic. Food was alright 4⁄5 times. Most of the times they were salty af, but nothing a glass of our never-refilled-unless-wave-hands-continuously soda can’t handle :) The last time, my meat was raw. I asked for medium but when I cut into it, there was still blood dripping out, wetting my potatoes and dying it red. Super gross but I still decided that as an educated individual, I did not make a fuss in public. I’ll just never come back here again. I always left tips cuz I’m no ahole, but I truly believe that kind of service did not deserve tips. Please don’t come here. Please.

Came here for breakfast on a Sunday morning. The place was a disaster area. There was trash and food all over the floor and toilet paper all over the restroom. They estimated our wait for a party of three at 15 minutes, which was pretty accurate. The host and hostesses were not friendly. The server was pretty nice and everything came out correctly. The food didn’t take too long and tasted pretty good. They really just need to work on the cleanliness of the restaurant.

Had a steak omelette here a few years back. Didn’t taste bad at all, but I got Salmonella the next day. Lost about 20 pounds over the next month while it worked itself out. Haven’t gone to any IHOP ever since. Eat at your own risk.

This is pretty much exactly what you’d expect from a place like this is l in this neighborhood. The food is average at best, and at normal IHOP prices. Despite being absolutely packed when we went in, David took excellent care of us. Screaming children and undercooked hash browns aside, I’ve had worse experiences at nicer places.

I live right by here and usually don’t have any issues, but lately their service has been ridiculously slow and rude. I saw 3 families walk out, no one asked atteneded us or tried to seat us. When we finally got seated, they got my order wrong. There was only like 2 waiters, extremely understaffed.

Worst iHop experience ever. Hostest at the front refused to welcome us or smile. When I finally said hi it was a «how can I help you?» not«how many». I said two and she said(with an attitude) «k well it’s gonna be like 40 minutes». I said that’s fine we will wait. 6 minutes later we were sat. TEN minutes after that we had someone come to our table. Pancakes were cold when they came out. Reason I gave the rating was not only based on the staff and service but also the atmosphere. If you want to go somewhere with terribly behaved children on a Saturday you should also come here. I can’t believe this experience.

The service was pretty bad. The server did not make eye connection with my friend or I. She just looked at her nails as we spoke. Then she came back later and asked us what we ordered again. She was also playing and chatting around with the other waiters as we waited for her to take our order. Once we got our order it was wrong. Sigh. :(

My wife & I ordered three pancakes each, two scrambled eggs, orange juice, coffee, and four strips of turkey bacon. The bacon was half cooked. Parts of the strips were raw. That is not healthy. We seldom go out and eat breakfast. This is the reason why.

If it were possible for me to give them no stars I would. I called in an order and was told it would be ready in 15mins. When we arrived in 20mins the order still wasn’t ready. 30mins pass and the order still wasn’t ready. Once the food was ready the manager had the audacity to have an attitude and say sometimes it takes longer to prepare. That’s completely understandable, but don’t give a time window that’s not going to be accurate. When we finally arrived hm the whole order was wrong. We were missing food and it contained things that we specifically asked to have removed. Needless to say the food was returned to ihop! NEVERAGAINWILLTHEYGETMYMONEY!!!

So we were seated by the hostess and we just waited at a table for 10 minutes(yes I timed it) and didn’t have a member of the staff come up to our table at all. Needless to say we left and are now happily enjoying our lunch elsewhere, which we were greeted by someone within 20 seconds of sitting.

Overall not a bad IHOP experience. As expected it was packed on a Saturday. They looked to be a little understaffed, as there was multiple tables that were not cleared after the patrons left. The waitress was very attentive, and polite. The food was IHOP standard food. Overall acceptable location

Horrible to go service! Darishia did not take care of my to go menu. I asked for sour cream & no salsa on the phone as well as had the person who picked it up ask & she put no sour cream in it I had to go to the store for it! There was no whipped cream on my coffee. No sugar as asked in my bag & the food took 40 min to cook vs the 15 she said it would be done in!

5 people in restaurant, took an hour and a half to get meals. The order was totally messed up. The ticket was totally messed up. The to go order was totally messed up. There was only one cook in the kitchen. Terrible experience.

This is probably the worst location I’ve been to. Bad food. Bad service. Just go somewhere else.

We have been coming to this location since we moved to the area 4 years ago. My son loves«the pancake place» and I am upset that after today, we will no longer be visiting this location. Over the last few months no matter how many people are in the restaurant, it takes a long time, 40 plus minutes, to receive your food. It’s pancakes. They aren’t like cooking a steak. However, today was the proverbial straw. It took 45 minutes to receive our cold food, and my sons didn’t even come out then. It took another 15 minutes for his singular pancake to appear at our table. We politely called the manager over to our table who proceeded to argue with my husband stating they were busy and had tickets in front of ours. While yes, they did replace our food(in under 5 minutes, I might add) the manager was very rude during the entire process. My husband picked up the salt shaker and and we noticed that the salt wouldn’t come out. We unscrewed the lid to find salt mixed with rust crusted on the lid and around the rim. When we brought this to the managers attention he said, «It’s Houston, so there is humidity, but I guess I will get you a new one.» That was it. We are done. We will never again step foot in the doors of this Ihop. We are generally not complainers, or disgruntled customers. However today, the world needs to know how this place treats its customers.

This review was for this visit only. Why do I say this in some of my reviews? Because You all know that you can come back to almost any place the next week and be a totally different experience. Well I came here the first week of January and got Miguel as our server. Very relaxed, laid back, non obtrusive and funny. And knows how to smile at his customers! Ordered the Caesar salad, extra Parmesan and dressing then the potato soup with bacon. The salad came out exactly as ordered with LOTS of Parmesan cheese and dressing. The croutons were not hard like I think most croutons seem to be, maybe that’s the correct way to be served but the one’s in my salad were semi soft/crunchy, just right which for some reason was the deal breaker. The soup, it was good but just a tad on the«clear but gooey» side which had me thinking they use a lot of corn starch or something for this soup. The fried potatos, omg, they were very good. A little bit over seasoned for other people but I like my potatos over seasoned so it fit like a glove for me. I cannot explain the seasoning except that it was heavy on the salt and pepper side but a tint of something else but deep fried just right where the inside was moise and soft while the outside had the kind of «snap» like one was biting into a natural cased sausage. Miguel knew when to interupt the conversation with my food buddy and even joked with us. 30% tip for you mister. We met here around 11:15 pm on a weekday night and were only 1 of about 3 tables here so that helped things out I’m sure as with par for the service and noisless level. Pretty cold it was in here, like my quick tip, you could come in with a short sleeved shirt even though it was early January and supposed to be cold outside but it wasn’t. You would walk in here from a 75 degree F* temperature and leave with hard nipples and fogged glasses, but that’s ok, everything else made up for that little detail.
