This location needs help! Their servers need training. The food is average and sometimes they don’t have certain toppings for specialty items. The management staff is terribly uninterested in customer satisfaction. They speak in Spanish so English speakers won’t understand. The General Manager is a cold, unfriendly mess. She should not be allowed to interact with the public at all.

This is the second time I’ve come here and had a bad experience. The food is rushed so when u get it, it’s sloppy. Last time my steak was hard and dry. This time my sausage was burnt! I won’t b coming back here … 10/30/2015 I decided to give this place another chance bc it’s convenient and close to my house!!! DONOTCOMEHERE! I can’t yell that loud enough. I don’t eat pork, so I was excited when I heard about the new Apple Gouda chicken sausage links. I wanted to order the pecan banana pancakes meal. The meal includes your choice of turkey bacon or sausage links. I wanted the sub the sausage links for the apple Gouda chicken sausage links. I new there may be a charge for the sub but I was thinking it would only b a $ 1 or 1.50 charge. THEYTOLDME, I would have to pay 4 $ for the Sub!!! Wtf! I even asked for a manager and she didn’t help. Awful place!!!

I came to this Denny’s just last night for the first time and I wasn’t impressed. I love the Denny’s on 34th/290. The service was terrible, took them about 25 minutes to come ask us for our order, mind you, the place was basically empty. Not to mention, it took them over 30 minutes to bring our food, and 2 of the plates were wrong, not what we ordered, and it was just annoying having to wait for a new plate. I’m being way too generous by giving this place 2 stars, I doubt I’ll be coming back here again.

I often eat here in the weekends at least twice a month and usually order their lumberjack slam. This morning was pretty busy and I ended up waiting a little longer than expected. The food was good as usual, but I didn’t appreciate the long wait. I think today was a hectic day, service wise and I normally don’t get this type of service in the past. I was a little disappointed, but I’ll be back for the food and hope I get better service next time around.

Fast friendly service. Horrible cold bland food. Roaches even at booth, crawling down the wall. They need better cooks. exterminator and then it’s good

I came here this morning to take some food to work, because I was starving and I was impressed on how fast the order came out. I have dinned here before and we didn’t have any problems. It was not that busy so I guess I got lucky. The server was attentive and took my order without having to repeat it. There is not a lot to say about this place just that the staff was friendly, the order came out fast, and the food here is good.

After making a quick getaway from Greenspoint’s Denny’s(which by the way, you should NEVER go to), we made it back to some familiar stomping grounds on the Northwest side and stopped at this Denny’s for breakfast. It was around 6:30, 7ish on a foggy Saturday morning, so very empty. Great situation because the bathrooms and tables are clean and ready to be utilized! We chose a nice roomy round table for breakfast, which kind of made me feel like I was at home, sitting at my dining room table. Service was great – nice and prompt as well as courteous! The food was pretty good too for the price! Senior menu(55 and up) is much cheaper and a smaller portion for those who are watching their waistlines! Grits needed mucho seasoning. Fresh fruit is needed for the french toast. White eggs – descent; sausage and bacon – as expected. What was really the syrup on the pancakes was how my Mom asked to sample the pancake balls and they obliged! She got enought to share with me too ;) Kind of reminds you of those cake donuts you buy in the store without the powdered sugar??? Take it or leave it, but I was fat full after eating here and wasn’t sick afterwards, so that gets 5 stars in my book these days!

So much better than the other one on 43rd/34th street. I never feel like I am going to get robbed ofd somebody from the street. All of the staff here are usually mediocre to very friendly, I can accept this in a restaurant like this.

I have been eating here for the past 10 years but have stopped. There is a long wait to get more coffee and I have noticed there is not enough fries on my plate like before. One night I was there with my family the waiter forgot my desert. I have started eating at I-Hop down the street.
