I called Bugs R us to address a very serious problem in my condo. I spoke to Elisa on the phone who understood and took a moment to really listen to the problem and situation. Elisa sent out a tech to come by and appraise the Bed Bug Issue. After which time he explained all the options available to me as a client. I choose the Heat Treatment. This was very easy to work with, For those considering doing a heat treatment… Do it, its not cheap but it works.
Gary came out in the morning and set up went over all the details made sure I didn’t miss anything on my prep work. There are some things you have to do before a heat treatment is done. Made sure it was completed called to let me know when to turn on the air conditioner and was really helpful. An excellent company to work with. Highly recommended.

Ignore the other reviews if you read through them some are from employees! I spent $ 160 for a German roach infection which is what I was told had invaded us. They were nice and the tech was nice and quick. That’s great but I still have the issue and never saw one dead bug!!! They applied one treatment then came back 3 weka for a follow up. At the time they called and I stated the situation had not improved and they assured me this 2nd treatment would do the trick give it time. 2 months later it went from seeing a roach occasionally to seeing them frequently! After $ 160 I would expect some improvement. I emailed them and now they say I said their was great improvement! I never said that. Buyer beware!!! I never give bad reviews but this is ridiculous.
