Worst place I have ever been too. They try to overcharge you and do not let you know until they are done and it’s time to pay. I literally sat in the pedicure chair for about 10 minutes and she was already done with my pedicure. They are so rude. I hope that place closes down.

I honestly don’t even know how to start this I went in with my aunt it was her birthday weekend and we wanted to go somewhere close by so we decided to try this place out we talked about getting a full set for me shellac for her pedicure and eyebrows done I go in and look at the color choices and decided on 111 sit down and the owner come and asked me if I wanted shellac over my full set tells me it’s $ 40 and I told her no I wanted number 111 and I thought it was powder she’s tells me powder is $ 30 but the color I wanted was actually shellac and I told her that was fine I didn’t mind the extra cost I just wanted that color I asked for square long nails even showed her a picture I got round nails she ended making them square but short starts to paint my nails I asked her 6 time if that was color 111 and she kept insisting that it was this color she was painting on my nails was a dark glittery gunmetal color I had asked for a bluish gray that the color 111 was Finally she admitted that was 111 and brings out the color 111 turns out it’s a nail polish! Full set with nail polish is $ 18!!! She lied to me to try and paint any shellac color she wanted to one me to charge me $ 40 at the end she Metherly applied the nail polish long story short she tried to charge me 40 at the end and I kept telling her why if I ended up getting a nail polish why was she going to charge me for shellac I kept telling her I was only going to pay the $ 18 that is plastered all over the walls in signs advertising the $ 18 full set with polish I told her I was going to go get security and the owner and extremely rude lady actually actually shoved me I have photos which we showed the photos and in person to security how red my chest was left on the spot where she shoved me one security wanted to call the police since it was a assault but I don’t like to create problems I told him it was fine I just wanted to pay the fair price and he told me just to leave that I was doing her a favor not calling the cops and that I didn’t owe her anything and the owner kept and saying that she wanted to remove my full set! Honestly never expected this especially her hitting me! My aunt took the photos one her phone if I can edit them in later on I will of how red she left my chest after she shoved me this lady is ruining her own business by trying to cheat people off than Trying to maintain loyal customers she also raised my aunts total then what she originally had told her

I walked by and the sign says $ 18 for a spa pedicure. Score! I sit down and she tells me it’s $ 35 for a deluxe, which includes didn’t include a lot of extras for twice the price. So I said«fine» since I’m quite the pushover. Nothing relaxing or great about the pedicure. I’ve been to better places for the same price and my feet come out soft. When I went to pay, it was $ 36 because she put on a special coat to make my polish last longer, but didn’t tell me. So they took off the dollar… my paint was coming off the next day. Never again.

I walked in on Memorial Day at about 3:50PM with no appointment, and someone took me immediately. For $ 19, including an extra $ 1 charge to have a special coat so that the paint will last longer, this place is CHEAP. There is currently a $ 25 mani/pedi special. From start to finish, the pedicure lasted about 40 minutes(including drying time). The girls speak Vietnamese, but that doesn’t bother me, and for the record, this place does not take American Express. For me, the most important part of a pedicure is the cutting. The young girl did a meticulous but excellent job. She was able to cut the cuticles deeply without hurting — a rarity. Too bad I didn’t get her name!

In spite of my powerfully compelling innate self-preservation instincts, I decided to try this place out. Its location, smack dab in the middle of shady-ass West Oaks [quasi]Mall, was what particularly discouraged me from coming here. I’m glad that I did though– since now I have a much closer and equally as affordable alternative to my regular place. Keeping with my Unilocal New Years Resolutions, I will try to condense this review and keep it short and sweet. Price: A+ it was $ 10 for a regular manicure Manicure: A it’s over one week later, and my nails are flawless. Not one single chip, scratch, dent, or imperfection. My manicurist’s name was John — you can be damn sure that I’ll be asking for him again. I feel guilty for being skeptical of him at first, simply because he’s a guy. But he was very very careful, very mindful, and most importantly, he did NOT rush me, nor did he cut me. Perfecto! Wait: B+ I had to wait about 30 minutes to get my manicure, but on the plus side, they take your telephone number when you sign in for your service, then they tell you that you can walk around the mall and shop and they’ll give you a call when they’re ready for you. Parking: A+ Be advised that their store has changed locations. Their shop used to be on the end of the mall where Steve and Barry’s was, but now they’ve moved to the wing where Bath and Body Works and Victoria’s Secret is. There’s always an abundance of parking, anywhere in West Oaks… just try to park in an area with lots of lighting and witnesses– er… I mean, other customers. And preferably at daytime.
