This place is so cool. It has a classic toy store feel and has some really unique stuff you won’t find in Toys R Us. I could have stayed in there for hours. The only reason I didn’t give it all the stars is that there aren’t prices on a lot of the items. It’s very strange and aggrivating to have to ask the staff for the prices on everything.

I wandered in here after having eaten at the Buffalo Grille next door. This place used to be a Learning Express Toys, but they went out of business. Imagination Toys and Shoes took over and have settled in nicely. We went in looking for a gift for a child. We don’t have kids and had absolutely no idea what to buy. We also had no idea about prices. The staff there is very friendly and helped us for quite a while going through age appropriate gifts. We settled on a couple of toys and paid. Added bonus: Free Gift wrapping! We spent $ 50 on two toys. I have no idea what is appropriate for pricing so I can’t say if this place is cheap or expensive, but I can say that it’s a good place to go if you have no idea what you need to buy or what is appropriate for a certain age. There are toys from babies to teens. The toys for the youngest kids are in the front of the store. The toys seem to get progressive older as you move toward the back of the store. They have shoes as well, which were quite popular while we were there. The best thing I saw were Smurfs! They had a whole display of them, houses, and cars for them! So Cool! There were dress up toys, puzzles, active outdoors stuff, toddler toys, stuffed animals, rocking horses, etc… I would have expected a place that had been open less than 2 weeks to be under stocked, but this place is PACKED. They definitely started with a bang! They told me they are just another location of a local chain. They have stores in Webster and on Bellaire. I would definitely go back here if I needed help picking something out. Friendly helpful customer service matters!
