I have been a fan of The Box since the 80s and they have maintained a remarkable level of consistency over 4 decades. Somehow, the tacos have stayed the same price for 20+ years while being advertised as a «limited time offer.» My drive through experience here was uneventful in a good way and I would be back.

Jack in the Box is very nasty, I can’t stand their food. They have nasty sourdough jacks, they are famous for saying that their food is made when you order I can’t see that because the burgers get cold so quick wtf is that. I go to Whataburger and their burgers are much more than that mess they serve at Jack in the Box. This JITB probably nasty because its a old building.

Not all Jack in the Boxes are built the same. That’s pretty evident with this location. It looks like a super retro /old school version of a Jack in the Box, almost like it was stuck in the 80s or something. However, I’ve been informed this place has been recently renovated and is essentially all new. I guess being retro is essentially the same as being modern nowadays. But how about the food? My Monster Taco and Extreme Sausage Breakfast Sandwich were both fast food good, but not better than other Jack in the Box versions I’ve had. Size and quality were both lacking, but at the very least the drive-thru was quick and the food is still relatively cheap. The sad part is the likelihood of returning here with friends is going to be very high.
