We have gone to this location multiple times, more than five, and every single time they were out of chicken. Yes, chicken! Needless to say we no longer visit any KFCs in our area! These visits have been after 5pm on weekdays and weekends.

This KFC has to be the worst in the Houston area. The drive thru line is extremely slow. The chicken is mediocre at best. The owner or store manager should provide customer service training for the employees. If you live in the are do yourself a favor and go to the KFC In Friendswood. It’ll be worth the drive and your food will be fresh.

Only person in line at 8pm. Messed up order. Waited 15 minutes for hot fries, but chicken was cold. Never got drink, closed window when I realized I hadn’t received it after waiting 15 minutes. Decided to leave.

In and out in less than 10 minutes with pleasant service AND I didn’t have to wait for the food I ordered to get ready. It’s sad that my expectations have become so low of this particular restaurant but I was happy when I left. Kudos.
