Worst Starbucks ever!!! Why does it always take so so long? The staff is not very friendly either.

This is the most polite, always trying to make your drink right staffers. Give or take, weekday mornings they have their usual customers and don’t let the big line fool you, it goes by quick. They know my drink by heart already! It’s usually 2 older ladies working. I give them so much respect for their work ethic. Personally I’ve never witness them do a mess up. Hands down one of the best Starbucks in the area. It’s not even a full regular one, but they still are very good!

Now this is what your drink is supposed to look like. Drink is never sloppy, ever, when when they’re busy they are very neat here, sometimes slow but that is to be expected it’s not full-blown Starbucks and it’s adequately staffed but always have the ingredients to prepare any and every drink advertised.

Coffee was water down and it didn’t taste right. The lady was too busy and gave me hot caramel macchiato instead of iced. Anyway, I didn’t say anything because she’s by herself

Its Starbucks inside Kroger and they don’t have hazelnut flavor… espresso taste too light, supposed to be strong and smell good… service is ok
