Starbucks

This is my favorite Starbucks location in Houston. Drive thru moves efficiently smooth and I always get a good cup of coffee.

A bagel should be split and both halves toasted. At least that’s the only way they’ve been sold to me in the past. If this «toast the bagel whole» is a new thing with Starbucks; just stop it. And when is a white chocolate mocha supposed to be bitter? Very, VERY bitter.
Add to that the nasty coffee drip stains on the wall at the drive thru and I’m left wondering what the heck is going on at Starbucks QC.

Spacious store if you need to come here to study. They have 4 single sofas and one big long table with about 10 chairs. They have smaller tables (meant for two people per table) in the back. You can also sit at the «bar». They have about 3 chairs there.
Let’s talk about their holiday drinks!
— Peppermint Mocha: I love the HOT version vs. the COLD version. The grande iced one has too much mocha syrup so it tasted sort of artificial. It automatically comes with some dark chocolate curls. If I ever order it cold again, I would exclude the curls and decrease the amount of pumps. The hot PM is pretty much the original mocha with splash of peppermint. I usually get it without the whip cream.
–Chestnut Praline: Less sweeter and creamier than the peppermint mocha. You can definitely taste the chestnut. I would get it again to change my routine.
— Pumpkin Spice: AHHHH this drink is horrible!!! I don’t understand why it’s so popular. I think it’s a I HATE IT or a I LOVE IT kind of thing. I got one for my little sister to try and she didn’t like it either. My boyfriend seems to like it though. So it really depends on your preferences. You can taste the pumpkin but it’s just a weird flavor to me.
As for tea and refreshers, I’ve tried some of their items. Their shaken (cold) green tea and passion tango tea with lemonade are my regulars. If you want something hot, go for the youthberry white tea. It has a very fruity and delightful taste to it. Their tea comes from Teavana so it’s guaranteed to be awesome! I love the Very Berry Hibiscus refresher which comes with smashed blackberries. I wouldn’t recommend the strawberry refresher, because it doesn’t taste as good.
For my «wake me up in the morning» espresso beverage, I almost always get the tall hot mocha, with an extra shot, and no whip! Thanks Starbucks for making my morning wonderful… especially on Mondays.

Eh. The only thing I like about this Starbucks is that it has both a drive-​thru as well as a good amount of space within. The batista staff is indistinguishable. They all looked like they were hired at the same jobfair. They have no identity or personality, I’m happy they have this «Island of misfit toys» acceptance at Starbucks for their sake.

It has a cool layout, has a lot of seating, and is the nicest Starbucks near here. The java chip frap was not very good though.

The staff at this Starbucks really take the time to make sure your drink is perfect. My hubby stops here at least once a week, and I am pretty sure they know him by name — especially with his complicated drink order. It’s worth going out of your way if you aren’t nearby.

This location has two profiles. Basically this place is horrible. The guy behind the counter had a massive attitude and screwed up our drinks on purpose. We paid $ 14 for some milk and creamer. It was just disgusting.

Love this Starbucks! I always come here because it’s close by where I live. My only complaint is the location itself. It’s very difficult to get in or out of there due to the traffic coming from Pearland, but other than that, five stars. The baristas are always friendly and the iced green tea latte is delicious compared to the way other locations make it.

Awesome Starbucks! Really nice décor inside, good place to study. They are quick at getting the drinks, and the workers here are very friendly!

One of my most favorite Starbucks to go to. The staff are friendly and always give me great recommendations and creations to try. I loooove this store, it’s a great place to hangout with friends and/​or study.

This place is not your traditional Starbucks. I felt as if it’s better. All Starbucks claim that if your drink wasn’t good or what you wanted it, then they’d make you it again. Well, have any of the baristas made your drink 5 times until you liked it? I didn’t think so. My barista was awesome, he made sure I liked it. We experimented for a bit and made a few substitutions in the drinks, but I ended up with a new favorite.
I also always come here to study, but be weary, around finals time this place is packed. There’s wifi here, so it’s great.
This is my favorite Starbucks, and they have the greatest and friendliest staff. I’ve not only had some of the best drinks made here, I have also made some great friends. Give this place a shot, it’s definitely worth it.

Super convenient location with a friendly staff. I get my morning pick-​me-​ups from this place and no matter what time it is, the drive-​thru line moves pretty quickly.

The staff in this store are always so cheerful at 6:30AM on a weekday morning. I’ve never had poor customer service at this location. It is a challenge leaving this store location to enter the beltway, but I’m glad the location is on my morning route.

I’ve only been inside once on the first day they opened, I was one of the first 100 customers and got a free drink for an entire year. The drive thru seems to move fast and the iced coffee is always tasty.

Employee took my order and that was that. I asked him if he needed my name and he said no… we don’t do that anymore, even though it’s company policy. What a joke! Made me feel stupid. Then as I waited for at least my order to be called, they never did. There was a cup on the counter and I asked the employee if it was my cup. All they said was that it was sitting there for a while. This sucks because you come here for the atmosphere and of coarse their specialty coffees and you get bad service. I wouldn’t recommend this place and for sure looking for another place.

Great décor and ambiance, staff is friendly. They’ve been having a BIG indoor gnat problem for several months — makes for irritating experience indoors.

Last weekend my order was never put in so they gave me the same order today on the house!

This will be my go to Starbucks from now on. I decided yesterday to visit it in the evening for my pick me up because my friends always remind me there is this one on Pearland Parkway. The staff was super friendly and i really enjoyed their personalities. They could tell i was tired and they offered a sample of their espresso beverages. It was just an overall great experience the fifteen minutes I was there. Awesome!

Very nice Starbucks. Brand new. I would say they have been open for about 6 weeks now. Drive-​thru appreciated while I stop quickly on my way to work. Staff friendly.
