Just experienced very bad customer service. I came to pay my bill because they switched me to paperless pay without my consent. No problem I came over to pay my bill here and in the process of paying it I was offered a great promotion that included a hot spot. I was told my bill would be cheaper at least slightly cheaper because of the promotion they were having, but turns out that my bill is not only higher but the hotspot’s gigabytes run out immediately… I use to have 3.0 and my gigabytes lasted the whole month on my phone most of the time. Now that I was 5.5 gigabytes, they run out before the month is over. I was offered a promotion that was false by Daniela Rios… She is the one that stated our bill would be cheaper, but at the end of the day we ended up paying even more… SALESFRAUD :-(the male representative that tried to «assist» us today also talked to me like I was«stupid.»

New Location… I dont have tmobile but it seem like im always stopping by. The staff is nice and friendly! If you have any problems ask for chris i’m sure he will be able to help!

Brand new T-Mobile store and is open and running… stop by the staff there is really cool and are very knowledgeable!
