I’ve been a loyal coustoner for 5 years ! And Sprint has really messed up big time ! I just upgraded to the new iPhone 6splus Oct. 26th but unfortunately the phone I received was defected meaning when I opened it out of the box when I got home the volume didn’t work! I called the Sprint store and I told them and they said no problem come in the next day and will just order you a new phone and I didn’t say anything about having to pay for another phone. Well the next day they tell me we’re sorry we couldn’t order you another phone because we didn’t have any in stock so they made me pay for another iPhone 6s Plus all over again and they told me I’d be refunded for the defective phone within like 14 business days… So I listened to them like an idiot! I bought another iPhone October 312015 Halloween! Luckily this one wasn’t defective… But it’s been way past 14 days and I’m still wondering where my refund is? how come every time I call Sprint it’s a different story? The store doesn’t know why there’s been a delay in my refund but it’s almost the end of November now and every call I record people are telling me different things a man told me my refund processed on November 1 then I call back another day and they tell me it hasn’t even processed it’s a different story every time! I’m still waiting on my refund the only thing I can think of is that an associate must’ve stolen my defective phone in the store must not know how to handle it very upset do not come here!

A little overpriced for me, but the Sales Representative Will Stewart was very helpful and answered all of our questions for over 30 minutes. Thanks for your help.

Great people working here. The best part about this store is the overall experience. The was neat and clean. The employees are nice and knowledgeable. And I left with a smile

This store sucks with its customer service. Doesn’t call you when having a claim insurance replacement comes because a «legal self defense arguments«. And it has a wrongful listed business phone number«! Who’s these sprint sales people hiding? This store sucks!

Best phone-buying experience ever. I found the sales staff to be knowledgeable without being pushy. Buying a new cell phone always takes longer than you think. And who wants to be stuck for a half hour being awkwardly criticised for your cell phone or cell phone accessory choices? Not me, but, trust me, it’s happened before. That’s why I typically hate going into cell phone stores. So maybe my expectations were low, but I don’t think the service I received at this store could have been any more awesome. I was treated with respect and wasn’t uncomfortable at all when I was buying the phone. They also installed the screen defender on the phone for me and did a great job, so that was one less headache to worry about. I really can’t speak to the quality of the cell phone service like the last review. I get LTE service in Friendswood and haven’t experienced any dropped calls, but I’ve only been using Sprint for three days. Bottom line: wonderful phone-buying experience.

The people who work at this location are very helpful. The SPRINTSERVICEOVERALLSUCKS. I switched from Verizon to sprint this year and have been very unhappy with the service. In the mean time I will be coming to this location for assistance. I’ve been to the Fairmont location which looks a lot nicer than this location but the lady who works there(who used to work at the Pearland location) was not helpful at all and did not want to help me. The reason for the one star is because of sprint as a provider. The signal strength is weak even on an iPhone 5. Anyone who has sprint right now knows what I’m talking about. If you are in a building and u want to send a picture message or browse on the Internet, u can forget about it. The signal is decent when you are outside OR if you are using wifi.
