Best doctors and employees! The customer service is unbeatable and they provide so much assistance with insurance policies and such.
They’re so understanding and helpful with my 3 kids and their bad habits of the care of their glasses lol
They’re more than patient everytime we come in and it’s always great (but embarrassing) when the employees know you and your kids names because we see them so often!

I’m very upset with this place and how long it’s taking them to get my daughter’s glasses in. I got rushed into ordering so she could have them in a week and it’s taking them 3 weeks? They said it was my insurance, I called my insurance to complain and they have no word of this being true. I spent an hour with my insurance and half an hour with them, this is ridiculous! I do not recommend this place! Ducks because they seemed so nice but it all comes down to professionalism and going on your word.

This is my second visit to Pearland eye care center and I have to say I am happy with the service. They are really nice and get you in and out fairly quickly. The ordering process for contacts and glasses is quick and simple. They are also very good at calling you when they are ready. I guess it’s normal to charge $ 65 for a contact lens fitting but I think that’s pricey and unnecessary. Other than that, great experience and will definitely use them again.
