Jack in the Box

It seems like forever since I was able to stop by a Jack in the Box during one of my trips to Houston so I decided to go ahead and break the extended absence and pop into this one for a quick meal. I ordered the grilled chicken on sourdough bread with curly fries and a soda. The sandwich was tasty enough and the curly fries are a little better than your average fast food french fry. Granted you don’t exactly feel healthy after dining here but it does the trick when you’re hungry and especially when you haven’t been to a Jack in the Box in quite some time.
Since we ordered at the drive thru I can’t comment on the friendliness of the staff inside or the cleanliness of the venue. The drive-​thru attendant, however, was friendly and had our food out to us in a jiffy so we were pleased with that. This location has been here for years and years and I have not been too disappointed with my visits here during that time.
In the past, I’ve usually opted for a burger and I’ve pretty much always been pleased with those.
