Jack in the Box

The only thing worse than the food was the customer service. Who ever was in charge just did not care about the product they were sending out the door. What else is there to say, It was just bad! Easily the worst burger I have ever had.

In the past, whenever I had to pick up someone from IAH but the flight was delayed, I’d spend some time sitting here to enjoy some snacks and drinks. I mean, it’s a run of the mill Jack in the Box. The food alone is about 5 stars for fast food. However, the tables are commonly dirty. Each time I go in their bathroom, I had to grab a paper towel first in order to touch ANYTHING inside.
On my last visit, if you have ever seen Trainspotting, there was a scene that features the Worst Toilet in Scotland, yeah… the toilet here would’ve given it a run for the money.
Of course, affixed above their soap dispenser is a sign that says «this restroom is checked on an hourly basis for cleanliness.» Apparently, that’s not enough. It’s not the food that’s causing the sort of craptacular explosion here either, because I stomached their food just fine.
But I digress. In all seriousness, the food here is great. Cleanliness is sorely lacking.

Horrible customer service. I waited almost 10 minutes while they sat there looking at me and gabbing with each other. Then when I tried to place my order the guy behind the counter didn’t know how to bring something up so he said that they don’t have it anymore. I drove to the next one and got exactly what I wanted

Yesterday went back and asked for protein style burger. The lady who took my order was great. Totally accomodated. Put in a bowl. Gave me utensils. All without having to explain. Great service.

Stuck at Hampton Inn w/​o car. Was as poor as I expected. Would order take out next time.

There were so many things wrong with this place. Now, I do understand that it was lunchtime but it took 23 minutes to get my food (yes, I checked my watch). I had to catch a flight but wanted to grab a quick bite.
I ordered a chicken sandwich combo w/​o bacon. 23 minutes later, I ask what’s taking so long. The cashier says «I kept calling you». She hands me a bag but it didnt have my fries. Obviously this wasnt MY order. I leave. Check sandwich. Of course it has bacon.
But the part to really take note of is the food quality. They repeatedly hit the timers on the food without throwing it out, as they are supposed to. I used to work at a location for 3 years. That good is NOT fresh.

It’s a total dump but the food is what you expect from a Jack in the Box.
Fries lack flavor.
If you’re stuck at the Hampton Inn next door, you could do worse than this place. A Spicy chicken sandwich hit the spot. Get in and get out. Don’t eat here.

We stopped here to use the facilities and get a drink. Clean and efficient. Staff is very friendly and courteous.

Would not serve me through the drive through because no car but they were the only place open and there were no cars around.

Eat here! Frendly staff, AND breakfast served ALL day!
