My boyfriend got me a necklace and earrings set for my birthday. This location is in the small shopping center. Excellent service and awesome staffs! Carolyn was so kind and helpful when I went to exchange the length of my necklace. She brought me two different lengths to try on. And a mirror. She was so sweet! I finally got the length I wanted and money back. I love that all the products have a lifetime warranty and they will polish for free up to 5 items at any james avery locations.

I added to my bracelet with charms for my grands. They did not follow instructions for placement of the charms even after asking where to place them. They have no problem changing them but they want to charge me to move them. It’s not the money… it’s the principle. I pay for their mistake… go figure. Don’t ask for instructions if you’re not going to follow them!

Texas bases family company that makes wonderful pieces. I have been in love with the charms for over 20 years.
Employees are nice. Well lit. Clean.
Love that this location is a stand alone store with a nice parking lot.
Would recommend there jewelry to all ages. They now carry gemstones, as well as silver and gold.

Excellent service! Excellent products! I love this location. It is in a small shopping center, with many other high-end establishments. I can shop without having to walk a long way. That is very important to me, since I have a condition that makes it impossible to shop in malls or large stores.
