Mathnasium of Champions Forest

My son, a 2^nd grader, was failing Math. We enrolled him in Mathnasium and he is now making As and a few Bs in Math. His confidence is strong and we’ll continue to promote Mathnasium as a great learning center. Thank you Hazem Aburubia for making Math fun again for our son.

My daughter struggled with math since first grade. She didn’t have confidence and was always frustrated. We learned about mathnasium from a friend and upon moving to Houston looked this place up right away. It has been a Godsend!
The owner is the most friendly, knowledgeable person you could meet. The staff is great! Every tutor there is completely competent and capable of eliciting a love of math from the kids. The curriculum is challenging but yet easily explainable for my child.
My daughter is now in 5^th grade and loves math. She is an A/​B student and has even considered joining the JR High math club next year!
I solely contribute the efforts and abilities of the people at Champions Mathnasium to her success. I was not able to «get through» to my own child they way they have. It is the best choice I have made for my kid. Even as she starts to excel in math we will continue to attend Champions Mathnasium because it gives her confidence and helps her get ahead.

I am adding this short note to update my initial review; as I find it interesting that it has been almost 2 months after my review and the director just now contacted us (not that I asked, expected or wanted him to). For whatever that is worth…
To him and the rest of the free world I state: what I speak of in my review (s) are the facts of OUR experience and yes, perhaps, just our opinion; but it should be respected. I am glad that other people are sharing their positive experience with this business. I wish we would have had a positive experience as I would have reviewed it as such… We however, did not and have posted a review to reflect our negative experience. People who post should stick to their OWN experience and not disrespect other reviewers.
And for an update… our daughter is now an «A» student from her one on one tutoring from a college math instructor who is actually cheaper then Mathnasium. Albeit for half the time, but it is definitely double if not triple the quality and a better bang for our buck.
