My fridge stopped working on a Saturday and this was the only company that I could get to come out and repair it before we lost all the food in the freezer. They came out and did their repair, quoted me $ 500 to fix it. We did a temporary fix for $ 75 while we thought about it (ha!). I called a different company to come on Monday and turns out, they opened the sealed (UNDER WARRANTY) LG system which then negated my warranty and overfilled the fridge with frion which then froze up the pipes and put a good amount of stress on the compressor. The new company I called said that if a system is sealed they always make the customer sign an agreement acknowledging that they are negating their warranty. He also said that you cannot simply add frion to a fridge and that it takes at least over an hour to add it slowly. These people obviously didn’t know what they were doing and could’ve completely burned out the compressor on my fridge. They also cost me my warranty. I would not recommend calling this company even if it’s a Saturday. Go fill a cooler with ice and keep your goods in there until you can call a reputable company on Monday.
