Sandwich was very good, but the customer service was very bad. I felt like the person making my sandwich was in a rush and wanted us out as soon as possible. I was not offers drinks or chips nothing. I was the one asking. The worst experience ever being that it was my first time having jimmy johns!!!

I just want to point out a couple of things. I don’t usually leave reviews unless they’re really good or really bad, but luckily this is a really good one! My coworker and I went on customer appreciation day. The line was out the door to the gamestop! My coworker didn’t want to wait but I convinced him to cause it’s a dollar sandwich, mate. I couldn’t believe how fast the workers got through the line, it was unreal. We were barely there for 10 minutes, not to mention our sandwiches were done in like 2 minutes. They were fast like lightning. The guy who took our order was really nice too, I wish I remembered his name. It was only the 2nd time I’d been there but I will definitely be back.

Today, my worker’s ordered lunch from Jimmy John’s and had to pick-up from the lobby. Why? Unfortunately, our building elevators stopped working mid-day due to power outage… Well, the delivery driver’s dropped sandwiches with security, left, then called to say sandwiches are in the lobby. BRAVO, Pappa John’s and Emperor Café delivery driver’s, for delivering the food ordered… nine-flights they walked! You will continue to receive our business. JJ take a lesson from Pappa John’s, and Emperor Café, your customer service & delivery needs work.

Good Food, but Disappointing Delivery. We ordered lunch for a business meeting that was on a tight schedule and ended up having to go pick it up ourselves because there was no delivery driver. The sandwiches were good and the assistant manager(John) was apologetic, but we will call elsewhere next time.

This place is yummy but also very fast! This location has never took more than 10 minutes to deliver, I can truly say the live up to their word! Food is always fresh as well.

Love, love JJ when getting a quick sandwich! Not only do they serve up great cold cut sandwiches, this location is the fastest by far! Staff here is super friendly and the place wasn’t packed. So normally any other JJ location would receive four stars but I gave this one five for being so fast! Literally had my #16 Club LuLu in like les than 5 minutes!

I have ordered delivery twice from this location. They are very curtious and helpful. The best thing about jimmy johns, besides their extremely delicious sub’s, is the fact that there is no delivery minimum PLUS they got here in under twenty minuets! #NoMinimum #delivery #subs #delicious #sandwich #nomnom

Tonight my husband and I called before closing time at 9:54pm to ask if it was too late to have an order delivered, the young lady that I spoke to put me on hold went and asked her manager if they could do it, and he said yes, she got back on the phone to confirm with me that it was possible, then she wasn’t for sure if we were inside of their delivery zone and I asked her if she wanted my husband to just come in and pick it up instead, and she said that was fine, told me to go back online and pick the order in as an pick up order instead of an delivery, I hung up the phone proceeded to change the order from delivery to pick, and the computer system for JJ, said that the order would not go through until 4÷2÷14, so I called the store back to explain what the computer system was doing, and the man on the phone tells me there’s no way we can pick up the order like his fellow employee said we could, I explained my husband was already on the way to the store for the pick-up and he didn’t seem to care at all, I hate it when companies do this, no I will NEVER order from this location again, I will drive to enclave from here on out.
