Worst customer service ever! It was my first time in… I was the ONLY customer in line yet the cashier was annoyed that I wasn’t walking right up ready to place my order… I had to read the menu first… Then they gave me a large uncut sub which was a little hard to eat gracefully(especially as a woman) and Next thing I know I here two employees behind the counter looking at me and laughing at me trying to eat the dang thing making smart remarks… They are belligerently rude beyond belief.

My favorite sub shop! Love the bread and fresh meat and veggies. Always clean tables and restrooms.

The ordering process when I call in and the food was excellent & great customer service BUT the delivery driver that’s another story. His name is Zach & wasn’t friendly at all… didn’t seem to like his job & was very annoyed. We will continue to order from then but will asking them to not to send Zach as the driver & if he’s the only one then I guess I’ll have to order someone else.

I order from here all the time. I love their wheat bread. The peppers are amazing and they have the best pickles ever. Best. Pickles. I only order online and have it delivered so I’ve never been in the store. They deliver my sandwich incredibly fast. I don’t know how. Maybe they just see me drive by and make my sandwich and station someone around the block just in case I place an order. Maybe their website tracks me and complex algorithms anticipate my orders before I place them. Who knows, but I’m happy. Also, best pickles.

We stopped through on our way back to austin. This location lacks planning. We walked in at 230 on a Sunday. COLIN informs us «we are out of bread, we only have wraps and wheat». Wow. A sandwich place. Is. Out.of.bread? Isn’t bread the main ingredient? 3 employees in the store(one is going on break.)and no bread? Shouldn’t we make bread before breaks start? Whatever. We want to get home. we order. Colin then CHARGES us the extra buck per sandwich for wheat. Really?? You are out. Not sure how. You are out. This is a YOU problem. Customers shouldn’t have to pay extra for Your lack of planning.. Ever

Stopped @ 10:40am. Sign was lit up and door was unlocked. I walked inside and said hello where I was rudely told by 3 people working behind the counter making sandwiches that they didn’t open until 11am. I laughed bc I thought it was a joke and then all 3 of them chimed in about how they don’t open until 11 and I would have to wait. I asked«you can’t make one sandwich» bc I see them clearly making sandwiches for someone. And they tell me «no!» «We already have about 40 sandwiches to make!» So I nor my family will NOT be eating here ever again! Rude! Just plain rude. If you don’t open until 11. Leave the door locked.

If you want rude customer service come to this location. Food has gone downhill and the shift leader Travis was incredibly rude. Don’t go to this location at all unless you enjoy shitty service

i love jimmy john’s. fantastic sandwiches, always great customer service. however, i was very disappointed to learn when you order a sandwich, they now take out the soft fluffy center of the bread! What the heck?! I love the bread, and you’ve just gone and torn it out! *heartbroken*. I asked if this was a new thing, they said they always do it. I haven’t been to a jimmy john’s in a little over two years, so things could have changed, but I dont like it. LEAVEMYBREADALONE! :-)

They’re good but they always forget something on my sandwich, be it hot peppers, mayo, cheese, you name it. And they’re freaky slow.

Can’t follow directions… Asked for a roast beef, got a skimpy turkey sandwich. Fourth time they have messed up my order and their sandwiches are always smaller than they should be. For the record, I love jimmy johns… This is by far the worst location I have ever been to. I will never return.

Not the drivers fault as he is the only one working today. Soda came in complete flat, tasted like flavored water. Sandwich was thrown together(could have done better myself at home). 2 stars only because the driver was honestly sorry. Go order from another one this one is not worth the time.

I don’t know how the place is. but on their website it said I was 1.04 miles away and they don’t deliver to me yet. If you don’t deliver 1.04 miles away. then you don’t deliver.

I’m a huge Jimmy John’s fan. I first heard about then when I was in college in Austin. I was super stoked when they started opening locations all over Houston. Their beach club sandwich #12 is my fav!!! The bread is AWESOME! I only wish they had a bigger radius for delivery because they don’t mak

Everything about this location is awkward. At 11 am they had at least 6 people behind the counter. I said«wow, fully staffed huh?» and the lady responds«well lunch will be starting soon!» Ok. cool. I tell her it’s my first time at a JJ and order the Pepe and a water. Pay and move over — and I realize I can’t see any of the toppings section. So I back up and say«oh, was I supposed to tell you what I want on it?» I guess they were just going to put ham and cheese on bread. Cashier should have been more helpful. So, with all 6 employees staring at me I embarrassedly mutter my toppings to the next guy over who was going to make the sandwich and he loudly pronouces to the girl next to him«YEAHSHEWANTSLETTUCE, TOMATO, ANDCUCUMBER, SHEDIDN’T KNOWTOORDERITUPFRONT». Bf ordered something with honey mustard but got dijon. He threw his sandwich away. I folded the toppings from the second half of my sandwich onto the first half to make it like a «real», you know, with more than 1 slice of ham on it, sandwich. They charged me a quarter for a cup of water. No napkins anywhere within sight. My bf spotted some behind the food counter but we didn’t feel welcome to go ask for any. We were the only people in the restaurant from 11 — 11:30am. Someone yelled out«See you tomorrow?» after me. I turned around and said«nope.» Then went to Taco Cabana next door.

Ok we’ll I had to go in a grab a sandwich today. When I walked in I was greeted and that was shocking. What a change. The order was correct. But then I heard the sand which makers making fun of someone’s name. Officially done with this place.

They have a pretty healthy and fresh menu but the taste is very bland. They have a lot of avacado and cucumber choices which I really like. Kudos for having the original Cherry Coke fountain drink… what what! I don’t remember if they have wheat bread but they didn’t ask what kind of bread I wanted when I ordered. The white bread was tough and that ruined the sandwich for me. Will probably give this place a second chance. At least I know what to expect now and maybe ask them to put a little salt & pepper for a little flavor and see if they have wheat bread.

Tried this place a couple of weeks ago because i’ve heard such great stuff from other people, and needless to say, i was ABSOLUTELY disappointed with their sandwich. I cannot remember what type of sandwich it was, but it was the worst sandwich ever created!!! — my 9yr. old son could make better sandwiches with his eyes closed… SORRY, i will never even think twice about coming to this place.
