A great new sushi place that popped up in the tunnels replacing How Do You Roll. It’s small, tidy, and fast since all the sushi is pre-made and packaged for consumption. But still, I was pleasantly surprised by the price and quality here. You can get some solid sushi here for $ 10 — much better than you’d expect at least to find in the tunnels. A good place to grab some quick sushi if you’re in the tunnels. Give it a try!

So if you work in downtown, you know that the cool kids hang out in the tunnels for lunch lol! :) This place has decent sushi for quick on the go! I ordered the California combo which came with 3 variations if the california roll for 7.99. The price is not bad for 3 rolls, 4 pieces each. The quality of sushi is good, the rice is soft sushi rice, and the cashier is super nice. She slightly bowed her head when she said thank you and smiled, a gesture of respect. Overall, they have decent/good food, reasonable price, friendly and welcoming staff, good service, and a food court of tables. If I’m craving sushi for lunch during work hours, I would definitely go back.

Basically a no fuss type of place in the tunnel and a great lunch option. The prices are reasonable as you would find from buying grab and go sushi like at grocery stores. I picked up the Seaweed Salad $ 4.99 and the Three Brothers Roll $ 7.99. The Three Brothers roll has the Philly, Crunchy California, and Spicy Crab Salad rolls total of 3 rolls in the tray. I went around 1pm, so I must of missed alot of other rolls that were offered as I looked at their paper menu there was an extensive list! I saw an array of various drinks like canned green tea drinks and aloe vera flavored drinks in addtion to your usual sodas and Snapple. Overall, I was impressed with the quality and freshness of the sushi here. And i love that i can walk up and grab what I want and pay rather than wait for it to be made. :)

Fresh convenient sushi at a reasonable price! The managers are very friendly with good customer service. My favorite is the Nigiri sushi!

Fresh nigiri sushi in the tunnel! Great prices and friendly service. When you arrive, the sushi is located in packs in a cooler right in front of the counter. I picked up a pack that had a nigiri and California roll combination. Miso soup was only $ 2, so I had a cup… delicious! The sushi was fresh and not at all like the old sushi packs you pick up in the grocery stores. Calories are also listed on the packs. My buddy Vik asked about getting sushi with brown rice. It was only a 50 cent additional charge, and the sushi was ready in minutes. Vik picked up some dumplings and heated them in a microwave located on the counter around the corner. I had a couple and they were ok, but there are better dumplings in the tunnel. Stick with the sushi and soup. I will definitely return.

New go-to sushi lunch spot in downtown! Their sushi is made fresh daily and the owners are definitely another reason why I come back. Customer service is great and prices are very fair for downtown.

This sushi store provides fresh daily made sushi, variety of choices, decent price(compare to restaurant) and convince. It becomes me and my colleagues lunch go to spot. We tried their bento box, fresh sashimi sushi, cooked sushi, and soup. Freshness is the key to good sushi, and they don’t use sad frozen fish, or non-sushi rice, so their sushi quality is pretty good! They beat grocery’s boxed sushi for 100 times. Plus: the couple owners are so nice and friendly!

So glad they opened this place! A different sushi place(How Do You Roll?) was here before that and then shut down and now a new sushi place is up again. As far as I know, the only downtown sushi options are Phoenicia(pre-packaged sushi, long walk) and Benihana(long wait times during lunch rush). Jin Bento is a nice alternative to these when you just want to grab sushi nearby. It’s a simple stand with all of the sushi pre-packaged and laid out. You just grab one and bring it to the register and can buy a bottled drink on top. It’s about 9 – 10 $ for the specialty rolls(Crunchy/Tempura) and 6 – 7 $ for the fake ones(California/Philadelphia). It’s pretty good though, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
