I enjoy coming here for hair & lashes! You can find almost anything u need for very reasonable prices. It may not be the highest quality, but if it were it would be extremely overpriced anyway! This place has good stuff at good prices!

This place is super ghetto. Typical Asians who try to sell over priced terrible hair to black people. I bought some simply Brazilian Virgin curly hair a few weeks ago from here. I just installed the hair about a week ago on a wig cap and the hair instantly was terrible within a day of wearing it. I tried to load it with good conditioner to see if anything happens and it seemed to only help for a few seconds. Once back on, it matted right back up and looks like an old piece of wool. I spent over 123 dollars for this hair and it’s unwearable. I’ve never seen hair that goes bad like this and in only a few days. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager and he wouldn’t do anything. He was an incompetent guy who clearly knows nothing of customer service. He asked me if I had called the company, and I informed him as to why would I be calling his manufacturers? You buy from them, not me, I spent my money with you, so I’m supposed to call you! I will be sending this information to the better business bureau and his manufacturers. I won’t ever shop at hood businesses anymore.

This is my second time shopping and buying hair at Jolla Bella(JB). The first time I came here, I splurged and bought $ 200 worth of hair. I guess I thought I was balling at the time. These days, I’m looking for a deal and JB hooked me up. I have to mention that I was looking at going to other beauty supply locations near me that carried the«beach wave.» If you see this hair, you’d be calling and looking for it too. I called some of the hottest advertised beauty supply places(i.e. She’s Happy Hair) who had not heard of this new weave or I could not get anyone on the phone to ask about the hair(Supreme Beauty, Lockwood and the pink building across from Jolla Bella). Fortunately for me, JB picked up and told they had the beach wave but in a blond color. At least they didn’t tell me a half truth and said they had something that I know I didn’t want. Decided to just go with what I know and find something that will give me what I want. The key to buying weave is having pictures – especially when you don’t know anything about weave. I wasn’t waited on immediately, but it gave me time to take in all the hair that is available. Juts FYI: the synthetic hair is in the front of the store on the shelf. The premium hair is sold behind the counter or in the next room. Once I was waited on and showed the attendant what I wanted, I knew I either had to buy the body wave or deep wave. She was very informative and patient. If I had researched a little more and had not be crunched for time and wasn’t watching my wallet, I probably would have shopped around for the deep wave and got a lace front closure. However, I went with what was on sale, which was the Onyx body wave hair, 2 for $ 55. I knew Onyx was a pretty decent brand, so I contacted my beautician to make sure what I was getting would be enough. Again, the ladies were patient with me contacting her to make sure I got what I needed. Mind you, I asked the ladies at the store about closures and showed them pictures of what I wanted and tried to assist me as much as possible. Most importantly, they didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want to make each money. For example, I didn’t want any of my hair out, so I knew I’d have to deal with a closure. However, I thought about splurging on a lace front closure so it would look like I had a natural part. However, the closures they had didn’t work for side parts. Therefore, they suggested just going with the $ 2 closure versus the $ 35 lace front closure. After getting my hair done, I can see the advantage of the lace front and would definitely invest in one next time because I’m already thinking on my next weave having a center part(that’s what weave does to you – quickly addicted in nature)! Only negative about this place is the parking. Very tight. Maybe 5 spaces in the front 4 parallel parking spots. I don’t know where the employees park, but just to save space for the customers, they may be parking across the street and Timmy Chan’s! This location has been here for a minute and I KNOW they’re making plenty of money. I can’t even imagine this place on Saturday morning when everybody is getting their hair done and need hair and tools etc. All in all, a great place to find what you need with lots of variety. And you can call to ask what thye have before you drive out there. #Score

I just found this little gem the other day. A friend recommended it to me. They have a HUGE stock and amazing prices. Eyelashes for 99 cents!!! Woooohoooo!!! Tons of makeup, all super cheap as well. The wig/weave area is a separate room, which I find nice.(it keeps isles clear for other shoppers.) Hair care caters to ethnic clients but there’s something here for everyone. I’ll be back.
