The owner of this company is a card! I’m not talking the Ace here I’m speaking of the Joker! Very crass and sarcastic. Deliberately overpriced the job so I wouldn’t go with his company. Put me in a very bad position with the homeowner I was representing. Would not recommend him to my worst enemy.

Called Jones Road Tree Service to get a quote on trimming two mature trees, one a pecan and one a water oak and both well over 60 feet. I was given a verbal quote of $ 250 without anyone coming out to look at the trees. After reading another review of the company, I called back to get my quote in writing. I was told a quote would be sent to my email address, which I had given earlier. Six months later, I“m still waiting for my written quote.

I called Jones Road Tree Service to ask for an estimate to trim my crêpe myrtle. The guy says, $ 250. I said, that’s too much, and hung up.
The guy calls me back, and said, What side of town are you on? Um, I live on JONES ROAD and Louetta… so he says, oh, then it’s only $ 125.
I said, that’s still too much, no thanks.
I had already went to JRTS website the night before to ask for an estimate — they sent me an email, with a quote of $ 150. I wrote them an email right back, and said, How can you send me a quote when you haven’t even seen the tree I am talking about? This is a crêpe myrtle… not a fifty foot pine.
Very annoying.
My lawn guys ended up doing exactly what I wanted for free.
