I’ve been a recurring customer at this location for a couple years now. Faiz is always very welcoming and friendly. The thing I like most about this automotive shop is that they never force anything on you. They do suggest things, but in the end they let you decide on your own. Every time I come here, they upgrade their waiting area more and more. The first time they only had plastic chairs, and now they have the soft comforter chairs that you would have in your living room. It probably took about 15 minutes for my oil change so they do things very quickly! I would definitely recommend.

I use to go here every time. 3 years for crying out loud. no problems till recently when they got new workers. The place looked better but they sure did cheat me out of an oil change. After i left, a couple of days later my dashboard read «Engine oil low, add oil.» How was that possible? Not to mention, i just got my oil change done there. The next morning i checked my oil and there was hardly any in.
I called my uncle to inspect my car for any leaks and found out that they didn’t even drain out my old oil. I was so angry. How do you cheat someone like that? I was desperate for help and i seemed like i didn’t know anything so they took advantage of me. Never going back.

I used my Groupon on the day before it expired in early May so there was no wait at all for the oil change and alignment. Faiz, the manager/​owner, and Diego, the mechanic, were both very friendly and easy to talk with. Waiting room is clean and comfortable, supplied with bottled water and coffee plus local TV channels and radio. I found my car pulling to the left after the alignment job so I called Faiz and got another appointment to try to align my tires again. Faiz, again, was easy to talk to, and I went in to get the job done without any wait time today. Now my car is going straight as it’s supposed to.
A few complaints here are about the long wait right after they bought their Groupons. Thank God my alignment wasn’t off too much and I wasn’t due for an oil change so I had time to wait for another six months since I paid for my Groupon. My experiences have been very positive here with Faiz and Diego. They are very polite and patient.

Faiz the owner is an excellent manager. Nice, friendly manager, exactly what a manager should be for a someone in the service industry. Went in with an oil change and left relatively quickly. I’ll make sure to come here for all future issues with my car. will recommend to all friends.

This place is terrible!!! NO customer service what so ever. I came in on a Saturday morning at 11am with an infant and toddler! And their so called manager tells me they can’t accept anymore groupons because they’ve reached their quote for the day?! Are you kidding me??? No where on the Groupon does it say that! He didn’t even say sorry or anything. He was so rude and arrogant! I wasted my whole morning driving there!

I have to head out to Austin at 1:30pm so I woke up at 7:30 to be here at 8 on Saturday and get home pack and head out. (And the opening time was at 8 and some one finally got there at 8:20!) So I found this place on groupon and estimated time was 30 min but IVE BEEN HERE 3 ½ HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND tire alignment… Good customer service but it should NOT have taken this long. And the tire alignment still feels the same I don’t even think they worked on it. The guy in the. Front desk did apologize and said it’s usually not like this but then again when can you find a good car dealer that doesn’t lie. Definitely worth doing it yourself andand paying a little extra but this is way worth not wasting four hours of your Saturday morning!

This place is shady and I do not trust them.
Recently I took my car in to have some work done and also asked them to check the brake pads. I had done a visual check on the front pads and they looked almost new, but I wanted to see if they could be trusted. They came back and told me the front pads were down to 15% and needed to be replaced. They quoted a price of $ 175 to have the front pads replaced. I thought maybe I was wrong, so I took my car to another mechanic who told me the pads were fine and did not need to be replaced.
