Due to a sudden death in the family I had to leave town before getting to clean my townhome before my lease was up(I had already moved the week before). I got a quote from several places, but Karen’s was the cheapest. $ 125 for 2 bd/2.5 bath 1140 square feet. She called me when she arrived(several hours late) and said my electricity was shut off(mistake on reliant) and there would be an extra charge for no electricity or AC. I completely understood and said to proceed without asking a price, however this phone call took place an hour after our funeral so I was not in the right mindset. I should have asked how much. Also, she said the place would be on the«lower end of the deep cleaning»… As I had already deep cleaned the bathrooms and took pretty good care of my home throughout the lease. However I was charged the FULL deep cleaning fee. I should have confirmed if the«lower end» of deep cleaning meant the full charge or a portion of it. I was hit with a $ 95 fee after all said and done. I much rather would have been hit with a small fee out of my deposit. Karen does not work with you, as I had asked if the fee was negotiable and quite rude. Lesson learned to get a quote in writing BEFOREHAND to avoid this. Karen, thank you for your work, but I will not be requesting your service again.

Karen and her team did a great job cleaning my apartment, she is always professional and had no problem with the additional requests I had for her first visit. I would definitely recommend Karen to anyone looking for any type of cleaning service.

I used this service to clean my one bedroom apt after moving out. Karen was prompt and cleaned everything including the oven, refrigerator and blinds. The price was fair and she charges less for a light cleaning vs a deeper clean. I will definitely use this service again!
