This place is great! It has some of the best fried chicken I have ever had. Next time you get hungry, go here.

I had to give this place 2 stars, because the employees were very friendly, but the chicken was a joke. I ordered a 2 piece Colonel’s original leg and breast. It looked more like a pigeon leg and a knee cap. The packet of hot sauce was as big as the leg. Bring back some real pieces of chicken.

When I go through the drive through, they have gotten my order wrong, I order the eight piece mixed but get more dark than white. The last time I did not get any breast and mostly dark meat, They seem to give me whatever they have more of and that is dark meat. I have complained to the main office but they did not respond. Getting the order correct is very important to the customer. The only way is to check your order before you leave. This has happened to me more than once.

It was 9:30PM, just 30 minutes before closing and they told me without question that they would make my order fresh.
This Copperfield area KFC is a gem in terms of other KFC’s in the west and northwest Houston. I’ve visited this KFC a number of times and I’ve yet to be disappointed on my order. What they make better than any other location is their hot wings. So many other KFC’s fail to either make them fresh or frankly make them tasty.
As far as the other items on the menu, this location is consistent in making the signature KFC flavors as you would hope them to be from any of the other franchises. Colonel Sanders himself would certainly give this location a stamp of approval.
Service: They go beyond the call of your standard fast food KFC. This location consistently hires employees who actually care about the customer. That credit has to go to management.
I have to selfishly rate this KFC with 4 stars and I know it’s probably of none of their fault at all. I cannot give any KFC 5 stars that does not sell spicy chicken. At one time KFC did, sell spicy alternatives, but now only selected locations sell it. KFC also stopped selling rotisserie chicken and replaced it with grilled chicken. Two of my favorites gone bye bye. That’s a loss of a star to keep playing with a man’s chicken.
