Huge shout out to Connie! By far one of the best servers I’ve ever had! Thank you for an outstanding experience, even if it was just lunch at BWW!

Staff is friendly, beer is cold, and the food is good. I’m not sure what else a person expects out of a sports bar themed restaurant.
Oh, and the restrooms are clean.

The wait staff is slow and unconcerned. I waited from 9:15 pm til 9:45 on my daughter and her friend to get her check, pay and change. Ridiculous plus the fries were cold and hard

Such a great place for lunch. Always sit at the bar. Jason is the best! Love Thursdays for boneless (wild) wings.

I come here every now and then when my boyfriend wants to watch a game during the day. It’s usually not as packed as when football games or basket ball games are on at night.
ULTIMATE NACHOS– chili, pico de gallo, shredded lettuce, fresh jalapenos, queso and salsa, and corn tortilla chips
This serving is huge! My boyfriend and I couldn’t finish it. We didn’t add chicken, but the chili was enough for us. This dish was very cheesy and crunchy. It’s the perfect thing to order when you just want to sit down and have something to munch on while you’re watching a game with a cold glass of beer.
POTATO WEDGES
These are the best potato wedges ever! I love that they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They are always seasoned nicely and when dipped into some ranch. perfection!
Service here just depends on what day you’re going and if it’s busy or not. If there is a game going on then it’s best to order everything you need at one time so you don’t have to try and hunt down your server later. Overall, I come here every now and then and their food never disappoints.

We just Popped in on a not so busy day. The waiter was very attentive.
Explained all the choices we could get and we followed his recommendation. The food was nice, but nothing excited. Unfortunately the wings were a bit over cooked. I assume when people are here, meeting to watch sport in the evening, they pay not too much attention to it. Typical bar food.
I think we will skip this place and find another one for good wings. The burger was good

food comes out unexpectedly good or bad. one time a waitress said her tray was hot, but the food was COLD LOL.
there’s one waitress that is actually a good, but food comes out long (OF COURSE ITS NOT HER FAULT, SHE DOESNT COOK THE MEAL.) but it comes out HOT AND FRESH OUT OF THE FRYER.

all staff members take too long to seat us and/​or they don’t smile or come back to refill except for 1 which i tip really good. (doesnt even need to ask if we need a refill, just takes cup and refills…)

Going to keep this short and simple.
I found a hair in my fries. Server called the manager to handle the situation. Manager came and said, «That’s weird, all our cooks wear hairnets.» As if I was lying and put my own flippin hair in there. Impossible since my hair was in a braid that day. She then crumpled the paper right in front of me and walked away into the kitchen. I felt as thought the situation was poorly executed and she did not communicate or even apologize for the lack of sanitation. They comped my fries, but that’s it. Poor management.

Two stars because It is better than Wing Stop. By a faaaaar stretch.
Their wings were cold when we got them.
I think there is too much variety in the sauces. It becomes unspectacular when you try to get THE ONE sauce and they all just taste like you could’ve made or easily guessed the sauce yourself in your own kitchen with existing condiments on the market like Ketchup and Chulua or honey mustard and garlic powder.

I love Bdubs but I literally don’t go there as much because this particular location has the worst service ever! I’ve been there so many times and every time (okay maybe once it was good) I’ve had servers that don’t care, don’t ask if I need anything, they take forever to come and take your order, they aren’t nice and seem like they hate their job (which is understandable) but it isn’t right to take it out on the customers.
I get that they may not like it but if they acted like they enjoyed it maybe they would get tipped more too. It’s your job, you shouldn’t be rude and take 10 minutes or more to come by and say hello when it isn’t even busy.
Just last week I went with a few people and 2 employees saw us walking in and standing at the host booth, they looked and then walked away. The restaurant had about 5 or 6 tables seated. Then our waitress didn’t refill our water until we asked her as we were getting our checks. She kept forgetting napkins, and I finally got up and asked another waitress who gave me the meanest look, I was just asking for some napkins…
Overall, I would rather go to a different location, or the Chili’s next door. Or just pick up, don’t bother trying to enjoy sitting there.

Glad this location doesn’t smell like the foot! This was my first time going to this B dubs. Came here on Friday at 7:30 and it was shit packed but you can seat yourself at the bar, which we did. Service was good especially for how busy it was. Nacho appetizer was good. Wings came out on point too! My gfs wings were free since she did have some chicken feathers on two of her wings! My wings were awesome and feather free! Overall a great place to get your yard bird on and have a cold one!

Went today with my Boyfriend sat at the bar side took about 10min before he had to ask someone to attend to us… Manager stepped in and handled everything well, although they were out of the draft beer I wanted I still enjoyed the food. Since I was on my lunch break I had to finish back at work… Rate 3

I used to come here when I’m craving chicken wings because I love the food. But honestly the customer service is not good at all. It takes a long time to be seated and we are not happily greeted. The person that greeted us looked like she did not enjoy her job. So did the other people that work there. We sat there for ten minutes and no one came to our table to ask us for our order or drinks. We decided to leave. Like I said the food is great, but the service is poor. We are your customers and we come there to pay you guys money for good food. People are coming here to give you guys money, to give you guys business. Appreciate it. This store needs serious customer service training. Or people who actually want to be there.

Shout out to Laura, Jason, and the other staffers at BWW Copperfield. I drive extra miles to visit this store versus the one closer to home and office. The whole place is run better, the food is more consistent, and the staff is much more professional. Without doubt its a reflection on management. BTW, I have no affiliation, relationships, or other ties to the store. Its just BWW’s best store.

Worse service ever, the waitress so rude and impolite, after being seated we were waiting for 30 minutes for a waitress, she came up to us and said we need to move to a different table because we cutoff other people that where waiting for the table.
They are the worse place I even been. Certainly WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. RUDEST WAITRESS EVER.

I used to love coming to this BWW but my last visit was a bit lackluster. Their wings selection is always fun and diverse and the food is never the problem. The service has definitely gone down hill. Although my last server at this place was really nice and energetic, he was hard to flag down, inconsistent, and noticeably stretched thin. If this location works on fixing this, I’m sure this place will bounce back to what it was a few years ago.

The food here is faster than other locations and the atmosphere is standard. The place is busy during weekend evenings and that’s a good sign.
I think they could use a couple more servers.
I recommend this place to hang out with guys. It’s not so much for a date night.

I have a good waitress here so I am happy. Never had any issues with the staff or food. Everything is consistent compared to other locations. Draft beer selection is lacking however. I would like to see more draft beer. I also don’t like the fact there are no windows here unless you go to the patio.
For those who never been to Buffalo Wild Wings, its a wings, beer, sandwich, fried food and more kind of place. Leave your diet at the door. They do have salads but this is not the kind of place to really go for salads. Expect to pay over $ 10 per person up to $ 30 – 40 for a healthy filling of beer and wings + tip.

This place was no bueno! My daughter, son and myself went here for dinner when my wife was out of town. My wife warned that this place was not good, I should have listened. We waited a good 20 minutes to have our order taken. I can understand if the place was packed but it was not. It was dead. The food was mediocre at best, daughter got the pulled pork sandwich had no flavor at all. Son had the chicken strips, he of course said it was good. (Kids). I got boneless chicken strips lemon pepper flavor, (sucked). The flavor was just lemon pepper seasoning, the bleu cheese was nasty. Best thing to do is go to wings n more down the street. The end!

I’ve been to this location many times but never left a review so here it goes! I always call to order take out and they NEVER disappoint me! So, why give them 3-​stars?
Service is inconsistent and slow on busy days. This place gets packed; which means a lot of people come to eat at this location. Your order will be taken right away but don’t expect it to come out right away. I’m not sure if this place is under staffed or not because they have a lot of people working different parts of the floor, but only 3 servers for the dining area (this is what I observed my last visit). If there’s only a few servers on the floor because of the tip then I will try to understand but the servers are running back and forth from the kitchen to the tables. Taking orders, asking if everything is okay, refilling drinks, and getting checks for different tables.
The food is pretty good and fresh at this location. I LOVE Spicy garlic, Hot, Thai Curry, and Parmesan Garlic. I knocked two stars for the dining in experiences. I will stick to ordering take out than having to pay extra for the service.
