Popeyes Famous Fried Chicken

Drive thru was not a priority tonight for this location. People walking in and out quickly while drive thru service suffered.
Ordered the spicy fried chicken. SUPER SALTY! Just hand me a salt shaker because that seemed to be all I was eating. UGH! It would be nice to actually TASTE CHICKEN when you are eating fried chicken.

Awesome service. Upon ordering my 10 piece meal deal, they just sold out of spicy chicken. The manager asked if I wanted to wait 6 minutes for a new batch of spicy chicken. I figured it was worth the wait for fresh, hot, and spicy chicken. During my wait, the cook even asked how I was doing and wished me a Happy Easter. I was surprised when I returned home with my order… the manager had given me an extra 5 pieces of chicken. First class customer service.

If I could give this place a no star review I would. The customer service for this place is horrible. I love popeyes and live around the corner so it’s a quick trip but I avoid this one with all my might. I have to drive further out to get to another one just to have a slight chance at fresh food. I seriously hate this place. I asked for spicy chicken strips. I get dried out, cold, mild strips. The Manager has no time for anyone and refuses to talk to any one to resolve an isssue. I cannot express enough how much I hate this store. The chicken we get from there is so bad my dog won’t even eat it. I am pretty sure that the only people who can eat this crap is the people who work there.

Customer service sucks and I just want chicken! But they took forever! This is a great night!

I live Popeye’s food so much its just a pity that the service here isn’t all that great. They are often very slow and not at all friendly. This location is very small and often people are caught parking across the street at taco bell to get to this location

Honestly I love Popeyes so I thought it would make for a good quick dinner. I pulled up to the drive through and sat there for a good 5 minutes before anyone said hello. The employee had serious attitude and even after almost yelling my order like five times she still kept saying, «What? Oh I didn’t hear you but its okay.» Eventually I thought she had it and I pulled around. After paying I sat at the window for about 4 more minutes before I heard the manager tell her, «Oh I have to make that, it’s gonna take 4 minutes to cook.»
She didn’t tell me this mind you, she simply took my payment and told me to pull around to wait on my food. The food still took another 10 minutes, and on top of that when the employee brought out my bag of food she let me know that they didn’t have one of the items I ordered so they replaced it with something else without even asking… I was too angry and had waited too long to really argue further, so I took the food and left.
Ugh, I will not be going there again.
