The worst KFC «EVER» the chicken thighs were a ball of grease we eat KFC once or twice a I hope that they get it together

Don’t go here… Do not go here… This is the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. I ordered a kfc famous bowl. The chicken had to be at least four hours old and wasn’t even warm. Some of it was rock hard and some of it fell apart so easily in my mouth that I was sure it wasn’t even chicken. I saw the workers get two orders wrong and two people asked for their money back. I’ll never go here again.

Horrible experience! I went last night and ordered 2 go cups when I pulled up to the window the girl said it will be 5 minutes because they needed to make the fries and told me to pull over and they will bring out my food. I waited about 25 minutes and when I looked inside the store all of the employees were just on the phone. I could not go inside the store because it was already locked so I drove back to the drive thru and when I said I’ve been waiting for 25 minutes the girl was like oh please pull up, when I pulled up no one was at the window and had to wait another 10 minutes for my food. They had obviously forgot about my order and to top it off the girl didn’t even apologize! Also I noticed on my receipt she ripped off the part that has the option to take a survey. If I could I would give this horrible place no stars!!!

Once I stepped into the building I knew it wasnt going to be a plesent experience but I still decided order and that it self took several minutes 15 min to be exact for someone to come to the counter to get my order my order. I looked behind me to the seating area to see that there was already two ladies already aggrieved since it was taking them forever to get there food … still I didnt learn my lesson from that… plave my order and find out that the chicken place is out of chicken and I have to wait longer now for them to make more. Well now as I wait I figured hey why not write my review since I got the time for it … i could write better but im hungry… wont make the mistake again… hopefully
