About half the employees speak very poor English so forget trying to get help from them! Instead of Christmas and holiday music they had music in Spanish on the radio! The store was disorderly, and I couldn’t get help at the fine jewelry department because one employee was working while 2 other employees near the jewelry stood talking to each other in Spanish oblivious to my request for help!

The employees move as slow as molasses… Or they’re just not accustomed to customer service, so why are they really there? I’m usually patient because I understand it’s busy and people are buying tons of clothes. However, there’s a line full of customers waiting to check out and the worker just walks away… Really? People have been in line for 30+ minutes and you’re just gallivanting around. Understaffed. It took my husband and I only 5 – 10 minutes to find what we were looking for and 20 – 30 minutes just to check out. At that rate, I might as well just have gone to Walmart…

It’s always hit or miss at a Kohl’s store. I think this one is usually better stocked then the one in Katy/​Richmond. It in between seasons, so everything is super picked over, especially the clearance racks. You can find nice clothes and you can find really poorly made clothes. They have a reward card and they always ask (pressure) for the credit card. If you spend a certain amount they give you «Kohl’s cash» only redeemable within a certain time period. They used to let you redeem it after it expired, not anymore. So just keep an eye on sales and coupons. Never buy anything full price, seriously, if it’s not on sale today, it will be the next week.
I do love how they do not enforce only 5 items in the changing room at a time, for that reason and lower prices I will shop here over target. Just be prepared to dig for the hidden gems. You will either score or walk out disappointed.

Oh how I love this place. I come here with my kohl’s cash and I feel like a boss a la Rick Ross. But enough with the hip-​hop rapping let me tell you why I love this place. I used to be a fan of TJ Maxx and Marshalls back in the day and have not really given this place the time of day until I heard about the wonderful thing called «kohls cash» it works basically like free money with no strings attached and you usually accumulate $ 10 worth for every $ 50 that are spent. And you have to utilize it within a certain timeframe but usually if they’re expired they will still on which is really neat and most businesses don’t do that. I haven’t been back to my old stomping grounds of Marshall’s and TJ Maxx and years because this place has great shirts and options for work and leisure for very competitive prices. I found a few shirts that look like exclusive screen printed shirts you would see at the skateboard park and when people ask me where I got it from I don’t tell them my secret. This place even has furniture options as well and other home décor items so needless to say I’ve spent quite a bit of money in this place. You won’t be disappointed give it a try and if you rack up enough Kohls cash my birthday is in July

Popped in to get sunglasses, the FILA pair I purchased two weeks ago here broke and I really liked them. Had no more of that brand, even with the remodeling accounted for, the store was trashed. Staff were scarce and I promptly removed myself and did the parking dance, won’t be back at 5:00 p.m. on a Friday. Even with my $ 10 coupon clipped out of the Fort Bend newspaper, had no urge to spend.

I can’t begin to understand why I like this store so much. It is about 25 miles from my house and I still find myself here about twice a month. The quality of merchandise is really good and the value is perfect. The staff is always helpful and the deals are always plentiful. I love their marketing program of Kohl’s cash, which always keep me coming back to spend it.

This Kohls has loads of housewares and clothing. It is quite large, well maintained, well stocked and has never been croweded when I have visited yet. There is lots of parking, and the store has parking and entrances on 2 sides, so you can park near the clothes, or park near the housewares. I recommend this store.

Kohl’s is great to find things on sale and to browse. It’s big enough to walk around in and look at the latest trends, but not so overwhelming like a mall. I like the friendly cashiers and the fitting rooms are never messy. Bring on the Kohls cash and I’m a happy shopper!

Will not be back. Lengthy over the loud speaker announcements in anything besides English should not only be frowned upon they should be illegal. Quit enabling the illegals and the lazy.

I’m a Kohlsaholic, so I’m probably biased on this review, but oh well! I like saving money and being a Kohls credit card holder you can usually get at least 15% off iof you mention that you forgot your credit card. #Score Plus, the items that I have bought from Kohls have held up well wash after wash. Some items I’ve had for two years! Can’t beat that!

Kohl’s about 5 years ago had a bad wrap but they have definitely improved and upgraded. I like shopping here for home décor, clothes and jewelry. However, you have to be careful because you can’t expect quality.
Tips: Everything here you should buy at a discount. So, if it’s full price, just wait! They also occasionally have a cash program where when you spend a certain amount you get a gift certificate back for a future use.
I’d come back over and over again.

This review is just concerning the maternity and newborn section of clothing…
Went here last week to try and find something to wear to a funeral, and found that they only had one wall of clothes a couple of feet long of maternity wear. There were even fewer options for newborn clothes. I wasn’t expecting a treasure trove of maternity wear as that is not one of Kohl’s known specialties, but they acted like I was shopping for something rare and hard to find, like one legged pants or something. Really, are pregnant people so rare that you think you only need a section about ten feet long full of clothes that may fit their bodies? Seems like they could be makin’ a lot more money. And I’m a little confused about that Kohl’s commercial where the new dad goes in and returns all of the girls clothing for boys clothing if there isn’t any newborn clothing to buy to begin with… Just sayin’…
