The only issue with TKF is the prices. Lawd it’s easy to spend a grip in here. But I whip over here every so often when I’m starving like I’m withchild some mornings. The customer service is friendly and patient when I’m deciding what to get. My personal faves are sausage(or bacon) egg & cheese. I also like just the polish sausage and cinnamon rolls. They have another kolache that’s stuffed chock full of a finely ground meat of some sort(maybe a sausage)…it is the most disgusting kolache ever. I never order this personally as I prefer mine with egg but I’ve made the mistake of choosing this when they were brought into the office. BIG mistake made 2x, lawd it nasty! Because there are so many businesses around, they also serve real lunch dishes at this location… haven’t tried yet but see the daily special on the board.

=(I love kolaches. And I love the kolache factory. First time to this location. And first time to eat a nice piece of plastic in a kolache. Posted a photo from my phone — so I hope it links up with this review.

I appreciate that a rep for this store location reached out to me after I posted about my bug incident; apologizing. Like I said before; I don’t think it’s a reflection of the cleanliness of the store — this is the south, it’s hot, humid & roaches are part of life here. I appreciate their effort to make contact. Effort with Customer service in the food industry isn’t totally dead.

Pleasant surprise, I have bought Kolaches here over the years, they are always fresh, plenty of filling, nice size. Yesterday I tried one of their cinnamon rolls and they were very good, not too heavy or sweet. It is great when an old favorite becomes new again

It’s hard to believe that up until a few years ago that I’d never had a kolache from the Kolache Factory. I never really cared for kolaches since the majority that I ran across usually resembled low quality hotdogs, the exception being the kolaches from Morning Kolaches(Clear Lake) and Kolache Rolf’s(College Station). I was introduced to Kolache Factory as a result of a weekly Friday breakfast group at work — thanks, coworkers! As Alex V has stated, you can get a variety of different kolaches here. My favorite is probably the potatoe, egg and cheese, though ranchero ranks way up there too, although, sometimes it’s a bit heavy on the jalapeño, depending on the person who made them. But KF is not just about breakfast type kolaches — no! You want cream cheese or other dessert kolaches? Cinnamon twists? Strawberry tarts? Cinnamon buns? If you’ve got a sweet tooth, they’ve got something that’ll satisfy your craving. All the employees are very nice and very patient, which is important for those times when a person might go back and forth a few times between getting the cinnamon twist or the cream cheese kolache… or maybe none at all because swimsuit season is around the corner.

Now this is an awesome kolache store! Its right next to where I used to work, and now its on the way to the new office as well. I have definitely gone there and gotten enough food for 3 and eaten it all myself. They have some great variety and the round kolache’s with egg are awesome! I think they use sweet bread on all of their kolaches to attract all the fat kids. Sweat bread brings all the fat kids to the yard… and they are like«its better than yours». Or something like that. Texas Spicy kolache is awesome… Really I havent had something there that I have regretted getting. I have tried other places recently and now I know where my loyalties lie. If I ever win the World Series and they ask me where Im going i’ll say«We’re going to the Kolache Factory!» — not Disney World. ef that.
