Hey foodies! I love how I can get something healthy but quick. Also it’s not crowded around 6:00p.m. So that’s a plus! It also has a French vibe to this small restaurant. This is my second time here and no complaints about the food nor the customer service. All is good :)

I always order their chicken crêpe but each time I order it seems like the crêpe gets smaller and smaller. The price stays the same but this past Monday was a joke. The crêpe was really small and had more broccoli than chicken. Because of the weather I didn’t go back to return it but next time when I’m there I will definitely tell the manager that the portions are way too small for the price and the quality of the food and taste is lacking. Pastries can’t complain.

The food is okay, but overpriced. It’s certainly not unique. My biggest problem with this place is that the menu is WAY too complicated. I ordered a sandwich today, and the cashier had no fewer than six follow up questions! It was pretty annoying. Instead of simply giving me what I ordered, she kept on trying to upsell me on different items. Until they simplify their menu and lower their prices, I will not be returning here. If you are planning on going here, be prepared for a full interview when you order. You would think that ordering a sandwich would be a quick, simple transaction, but La Madeleine has found a way to make it more complex than a college exam.

3 registers and the cashiers are not moving the line, they don’t call the people to be helped, they only stand and look. The orders were wrong and the portions smaller than usual. They have to put ice in the Coke machine and the people that work there could not even lift the bucket, the manager passed by and did not help them, a customer left his food and did her job. Very disappointed of total experience.

La Madeleine was always the better choice between Red Robin and Sonic for us after school as H. S students. The restaurant gives off an ambiance that brings together all kinds of people alike(working class, students, elderly, etc). Their menu is not extensive or complicated– but it isn’t really creative at all. Still very cookie cutter«french cusine». This particular chain is very elegant and well kept for the most part. However, i find that they are often running out of favorite pastries and even coffee. Which should be the main reason any one really comes to a french place in the first place. While the food is better than a bad burger, and a mediocre burger(at best) — the quality depends on the day and it never exceeds average food standards. It’s good knowing what you’re eating for a change, but at times their dishes(their Chicken La Madeleine for example) are tasteless, and lack some serious seasoning. It seems that the food is already so pre-prepared that there was no real attempt for it to be pleasing to the palate. Get this on a better than fast-food day, or on a pre-date; but if you’re considering something to satisfy a craving buy a pastry and then go next door to some near by establishments.

La Madeline never fails to be good. This location is good, it’s slightly small/crowded space tho. The food is good and fresh. I like the bread and jams as well.

La Madeline always has really good French comfort food, from the quiches to the tomato basil soup and their delicious salads. However, I’m only giving this specific location a 3 star because service was a bit slower than expected if you had more than one dish per order. My friends and I went and I was the first to order for myself and my sister, but we got our food last, even though we were separated by a few families in between. The rest of my friends finished their food before mine came out -.- The food was still on point however. I got the sampler plate, with a cranberry pecan salad, tomato basil soup, and a pasta salad. I would recommend getting this because it gives you a variety of choices you can pick from, and it gives a decent amount of food, but still keeps to good portion control. Always try the tomato basil soup, that’s their specialty. It’s creamy and the flavors are just bursting with every mouthful. The dessert crepes and their fruit tarts are also delicious! Always a good way to end a meal.

Order mushroom soup it’s so good for the cold winter. They have free bread to go along the soup that I have. Service it’s OK. It’s a good dine in place, will come again if I have time to done in.

This quaint little place called Le Madeleine does transport you to a somewhat Parisian café. I love the food for its great portion size and variety but service was awfully slow maybe due to the weekend rush. Great place to catch up for coffee or desserts with girlfriends or a laid back brunch on weekends.

It was quite tasty! Cream of mushroom soup was made with fresh mushrooms and came out hot — not as impressed with the spinach quiche although it was 7:30pm when we ate — it was warm but dry. Not a bad place to meet with friends for a fast homemade meal — we were served timely.

I have been to many La Madeline in different locations. And it has been hit or miss. But at this location the manager is super friendly and happy. Service is quick and fast. Tonight I came in here to pick up baguette and a dessert. My boyfriend asked me to pick up a sachertorte cake. The cake consists of a dense chocolate cake with a thin layer of rasberry jam in middle, coated in dark chocolate icing on the top and chocolate shavings on the sides. It was really delicious. I was quite surprised. I will definitely come back for this slice of heaven. Yum!

I’ve always drove past this location, but never quite sat down and ate here before. i ventured to go here one random day and when I entered, I was immediately greeted by the manager. He took our order and was so kind and friendly. He was smiling enthusiastically and I knew that he enjoyed what he was doing. He was so genuine and sweet and it really made my experience all the more enjoyable. SALMONCAESAR I’ve tried this dish at other locations, but this location is the best! The salmon isn’t over cooked and isn’t too dry. There was just the right amount of croutons and caesar dressing. CHICKENPESTOPASTA This pasta was so savory and wonderful. It was creamy and herby and the chicken was moist and perfectly seasoned. Overall experience: This has got to be the La Madeleine location ever! The service was phenomenal and the food was fantastic. I’ll definitely come back to this location even if it’s further away from my house than the other locations.

As pointed out in the other reviews, the manager’s service here is exceptional. He is very attentive and has a great attitude towards his job. Despite La Madeleine not being a standard sit-down restaurant(with waiters walking around at your service), he made it a point to walk around and ask how everyone’s meal was going. The food is very much typical of any La Madeleine I have been to, which I must say is very satisfying. The portions are good and overall delicious. The place is clean and parking is never a problem. It’s a great brunch spot if you’re ever in need of one!

This location specifically is my go-to spot. Whether it is to catch up with friends, grab lunch, or stop in for coffee on the way into work, their friendly faces, detail oriented service, and yummy delicious food keeps me coming back. The first time I stopped in after moving into the area, the manager spoke to me directly and brought our desserts to the table after hearing we had never been there before. The next time I went in, days later, he remembered me and welcomed me back. My experience since then has been just as amazing each time! It’s clean, relaxing, and cozy. Thank you to your staff. It’s obvious how much you all care to make your guests feel at home and appreciated.

I love La Madeleine. But this location has only brought me disappointment. It’s a hit or miss with the food, but the staff is so unprofessional. I ordered a French Dip au Caramelized Onions sandwich, and a caesar side salad. My mom got a chicken caeser salad and an order of lemon madeleine. This order was to go, and I ordered online. I went to pick up my food and made the mistake of not checking the bag. I got home and realized that they forgot to put in the au jus and only gave me one madeleine, when it’s supposed to come with three. I was a little irritated but no big deal. I went back to the restaurant and told the girl what was missing and showed her my receipt. She looked at me like I had three heads. I pointed to the employee who had previously helped me and she told him what happened, while she kept a little smirk on her face. I was frustrated already and her attitude was not helping the situation. The issue was fixed and she seemed to be more respectful when her manager came out. When I got home and was finally able to enjoy my food we noticed the salads had rotten/wilted pieces of lettuce in them. The sandwich was flavorless and it looked like whoever made it, just plopped a big dab of the horseradish sauce at the very end of the bread. Maybe they were having an off day because I have eaten at this location before and the food was delicious. The manager however is amazing. He has an awesome personality and very friendly and professional.

I’m from Dallas so have been around La Madelines for 30 years. In Dallas the quality of food prep and service fell off for awhile but is comming back. The displayed items at this shop as well as design and layout is very appealing I order a coffee and bran muffin for here. As I went to fill my coffee it was apparent the American container was empty and only a drop in the French. So I had to find someone and let them know. Not an inconvenience you want Saturday morning The bran muffin was great. So I’m fond of LaMadelines everywhere. Jus wish they’d get their service mojo back.

I love love love coming here. I don’t know that it’s because of the food or I’m just a sugar junkie and enjoy their sweets display? I haven’t been disappointed in anything that I’ve order from this French inspired joint. Favorite is the country potato soup, I can probably eat the whole batch they make. I like that they have a nice small outdoorsy patio and that they have a bread/butter/jam bar. Nice touch from La Madeleine. The bottled drinks here are all good but a little expensive to pay $ 3.00+ for a bottle of Perrier sparkling water, but then again it is near the energy corridor. So there that.
