This is my favorite grocery store in the area. The employees are usually very helpful and friendly. It’s always well stocked and clean, and I love getting discounts on gas with the fuel points that I get by using my Kroger plus card. I also highly recommend using the Kroger app. I have it on my iPhone and it shows the weekly add and available coupons that you can attach to your Kroger plus account. When you go through checkout with your Kroger plus number/card, the coupons for your items are automatically deducted from your total. Also, the Starbucks inside is a pretty great bonus.

Terrible customer service at Kroger Pharmacy, 9125 W. Sam Houston Pkwy., Houston, TX, 77064. This is the absolutely last place you want to fill your prescriptions. Better to go to Walgreens, HEB or CVS.

I always shopped at Randall’s before moving out into the north Houston area. I like Randall’s a lot better, only because they sell Mallomar cookies. Honestly though, Randall’s is more expensive. Kroger is a little cheaper but not my much. I’m still trying to understand the concept/benefit of the so called«savings cards». Are we really saving money or did they jack the price up of the products? So let me see if i umerstand correctly. $ 3.89 for a gallon of milk but with you Kroger card it 2 for $ 5. Mind games if you ask my opinion. And is 10 for $ 10 really a steal? These are just few thoughts that run through my head when I’m grocery shopping with a cart full of the 10 for 10 and I’m wondering if I even have any room to store any of it. Any who. I like this Kroger(despite everything mentioned above). It’s clean. Fabulous deli and bakery selections. Good health food section of you’re into that. Plenty organic here. Nice wine selection. Nice employees, especially the pharmacy. This is rare because most pharmacy employees’ personalites are comparable to a rocks’. There’s a Starbucks in here. Yup… a Starbucks. Sadly, no Mallomars. Why just 3 stars? No grocery store anywhere has impressed me enough with prices, cleanliness, food selection, and enough room in the aisle to fit 2-way grocery cart traffic to give it 5. Minus another star because the parking sucks.
