Landry’s Restaurant Group

This location is actually the HQ for Houston-​based Landry’s. The location is great, down the street from the galleria and many of Landry’s restaurant locations.

I have had a rewards card that eventually turned into a Landry’s card for 29 years. I recently had multiple emails asking me to use the rewards, the restaurant did not take off the reward and I replied to the email asking me to use the rewards about the situation. They asked where I went. and said if I have other question to visit their web site. Seriously??? What for? Computers don’t talk.
I called the 800 number and asked for a supervisor and she repeatedly said nobody is available. I also requested a call with phone number, nobody called. The email wasn’t even proper writing, there were acronyms that were not spelled out implying that I have their acronym dictionary.
After 29 years, I will not be back to any restaurant owned by Landry’s unless they rectify. They have one week to rectify. They have already done a lot of damage to a couple restaurants since taking ownership. This company does not know what they are doing. You can go to a restaurant and you can’t talk to one person from corporate ever. They sit in one spot and make train wrecks out of new acquisitions.
Time to come down to the consumer level, you know the ones who pay your salary.
